Hi there, thanks for the helpful video! If I have serialized products that I want to track post-sale is that possible? For example: I sell 10 electronic devices to Customer A with serial numbers 1-10 for a fixed cost. That's great.. but now that products have been deployed, what if I have other services (subscriptions, upsells, etc) the customer can add to these products. In my business the hardware sale is just the beginning of the journey and other revenue generating opportunties and support needs continue from there. I need an holistic view of all historical inventory, ability to associate those S/Ns with deals/customers, and then have the data available in the CRM/Zoho so the product can be properly supported through the post-sale lifecycle, have contracts associated with each device (rolled up under a customer), track P&L by device, etc... why can't my perfect solution just exist off the shelf 😉

Is there a way to batch serialized items on the purchase order side and then assign them to be sold separately from that batch to customers? Can we still see/track which batch that serialized item on the sales order came from? We have unique needs as we are a non-profit business that order park tickets from Florida theme parks and distribute them for free to families in need that come to stay at our resort.

Hi Mahmoud Fathy, Maybe the best way to handle this would be to list the item with a Vendor through a lookup field. Unless there are more specific needs for manufacturing.
