All I remember as a kid growing up in SW Washington camas always stunk and it was very small this was back in the early 80s moved to Northern California in 85. Camas sure has changed looks very nice now.
I think most people have that memory of Camas, I know I do. Definitely a long road from smelly mill town to the place to go for high end luxury homes. Thanks for watching!
@@jaimedpcaus1 in November the Median Sale Price in Clark County was $514,000 and the average price in Camas was $932,600. Although YTD the Median Sale Price in Camas is coming in at $725,000.
I enjoyed living in Camas about five years ago, the downtown is cute, and the library is really nice. The schools are overrated though, and teach to the testing, meaning their test scores are higher, but the quality of the education overall needs work. Just my experience, your mileage may vary. Thanks for the memories!
Downtown Camas is lovely.. and i love all the trees along the streets.
Really nice houses on Prune Hill. Dang, too bad I'm poor, lol
