OMG! I've been unloading trucks at Publix for 5 years and I have never even considered this technique. I've worked with over 100 associates and truck drivers and I can't even count the number of times this would have helped in those tight situations. I can't wait to show this to my fellow workers.
Casually moving a $26,000 safe. Unfortunately, with this administration I don't have any thing valuable enough to put in a Graffunder except my Kids. Having a Hollon RG-39 delivered tomorrow was just wondering how I could get it up the garage lip to store for a day until I pay a safe moving crew to come move it into place. Thanks for the video this is what makes youtube so awesome.
@@parkerssafes I can rent or buy a pallet jack. I am wanting to ship pallets from my residence, but I am concerned about getting it passed the sidewalk dip for the truck to pick up from the street.
@@NGOMindset I see. You’re talking about that concrete swale they put there for drainage right? I don’t have a trick for that but you might be able to make a plywood ramp and cut some 2x4 to match the radius of the dip and attach them as supports. That way, you have a little prefabricated bridge that you put into place when needed. A rectangular piece of aluminum would work better if you can get one.

Glad you found it useful. Thanks

Glad it helped! Are you saying bidonomics aren't working? That's not what CNN is saying...
Get real, the administration has nothing to do with your financial status…. Easy people to blame
Great instruction. Thank you very much.
Great video - I’m a truck driver and I didn’t know this technique either! Thank you!
Very informative and helpful video. Thanks for taking the time to teach us how to do this!
Thanks for the valuable information.
Can you do a training video with the pump truck where the handle is a bar please? When to pull and when to push?
Logical.
But like so many Logical Thoughts, frequently overlooked.
Thanks
Nice...thnx.
Any tips for moving a pallet up a residential sidewalk from the road?
Could you rent a pallet jack?

@@parkerssafes thank you. I considered that but I didn’t know if the wood ramp would be able to support 1500 lb pallet.
An excellent technique. Thanks for sharing.
My pleasure!
would this work if you needed to push the pallet in, vs pulling it in?
it should
where is the door?
I don’t get it Big Dan.
Shows how much it pays to just be patient when working
Thank you
Nice tip
