Theology is like a metaphor for evolution: just as the poor engineering of knees, the lower back, the human blind spot show that these things weren't designed with a plan but are what came together building on what was already there, so too is christian theology proof in and of itself that it is not rthe product of a single mind (divine or otherwise) with a clear goal, but an assemblage generated by the selection pressure of the needs of apologetics and proselytisation.

It's a dream that will never come true but, if shortly before a religious studies class broke for the next, the curriculum required a segment similar to these Quickies. Not only does everyone enjoy a quickie, but these ones are also informative and would do a darn sight more good than the preceding 30 or 40 minutes in that classroom.

I've always thought of religious apologetics like like the old song 'There was an old woman who swallowed a fly.'
The faithful are asked to swallow argument after argument each one an 'answer' to a logical flaw inherent in the last argument until either their sense of reason dies or their religion does.
I don't know why they swallow the lies. This is how the arguments for 'original sin' end up running at full speed away from the evidence of mitochondrial DNA leading to people trying to prove the Earth is less than 10,000 years old and denying evolutionary science as the work of Satan.

If god is all powerful can he create a being as identical as himself. If he can why didn’t he ? If Adam godlike and therefore sinless problem solved. Adam could then create his own companion if that’s what he wanted.
Of course Genesis specifically says that Adam and Eve are thrown out of the garden of eden in order to prevent humans becoming like Us, presumably the was Yahweh telling the other gods that he had prevented humans becoming gods. So in your analysis god forced sin on humans.

There are a lot of contradicting things in the Adam and Eve story that don't make any sense. God is supposedly powerful enough to watch over the 7 billion people currently in the world all at once and yet in that story he can't even seem to watch other 2 people at the same time. God is supposedly always watching over everyone but there are several moments in that story were God is not present at all. He only appears in the story when he needs to be there to move the plot forward and then when a snake shows up to talk Eve into eating an apple it specifically says God's not there to see her do it. God doesn't do or say anything to stop her. And this all knowing being later when Adam and Eve have suddenly started covering their naughty bits God doesn't know why they're doing that and has to ask them about it. Why would an all knowing being need to ask them anything? Shouldn't he already know the answer? There's also the matter that Adam never actually broke God's rule, only Eve did. Adam was fed an apple from the forbidden tree by Eve but he did not know it was an apple from the forbidden tree so he never knowingly broke the one rule. Adam was horrified when he realized what Eve had done but they were both punished... and their children who didn't exist yet were also punished... we're still be punished to this day for a crime that Eve supposedly committed. A crime Jesus also supposedly died on the cross to forgive us for. And then also when it's time for Adam and Eve's children to grow up and get married suddenly there's a village of other people near by... where the hell did that village come from? God created 2 people, Adam and Eve, at this point the only people in the world should be Adam, Eve, and their children but suddenly there's a village of other people because they didn't want Adam and Eve's children to be getting married to the only other people in existence right now... their own brothers and sisters... so suddenly a village with no explanation as to where it came from. And lets not forget that God specifically told them to procreate which requires them to have sex yet sex is also a sin essentially making a catch 22 where they're disobeying a direct order to procreate if they refuse to have sex which is a sin, but they're also sinning if they do have sex. It is impossible to do anything without disobeying God because of that.
All that said... I have never thought that Adam and Eve were created already having fallen from God's grace. I don't think that's really true. Until they make a decision that disobeys God they haven't fallen from God's grace, they haven't sinned. Originally there was only one sin, because there was only one rule... don't eat the fruit that grows from this ONE tree. Beyond that they were free to do whatever they wanted. It's only after they disobeyed this one rule that God gave them new instructions that made not sinning an impossible task.
Oh yeah... and there was no pain or death in the garden of Eden... so God apparently made Lions and other Predators vegetarians which only turned to eating other animals after Adam and Eve ate that fruit... so animals have also been punished for the sins of humans... and religious people say humans aren't animals... so if humans and animals are separate things why does the Bible treat them as if Eves sin was a sin for every living being in existence?
I could go on and on about all the things that don't make any sense in this one story alone but I don't have the time and this post is long enough as it is.

According to the Book of Jubilees, Eve gave birth to Awan, which Cain took as his wife after having dispatched Abel. Then, as everybody knows, when Eve was 130 years old, she gave birth to Seth, the one eventually responsible for Noah and his ark. Eve also gave birth to Azura, three years after Seth, and they both procreated.
No other people were created by god than Adam, Lilith, and Eve. Lilith (created from dust like Adam) was cast out when she refused to submit to Adam, which she considered her equal. Eve (who had to submit because of her status as a rib-woman) then gave birth to many children which in turn committed incest all the way to the 10th generation: Noah's, whose father was Methuselah, who lived over for 900 years. Noah's children, as the only survivors of the flood, also had to commit incest to repopulate the earth. There are no other explanations.
It's a wonder our genetic baggage can also include some neanderthal, which sure as heck weren't created in god's image.

Just to preface, I'm a Satanist, who has also read a significant portion of the bible, in fact I often read the bible to my partner who is a Christian.
Think of heaven and hell like prison and not prison. Sin as breaking the law, and abiding by the law. Once you start with that it becomes a lot easier to understand. You don't use your turn signal when turning, you are supposed to do this, and by not doing the you break the law. So you have therefore sinned, but you don't go to prison for that sin, you just get a fine.
Not everyone who has ever been convicted of breaking the law has went to jail, and not everyone who has sinned will go to hell. In fact, everyone in heaven will have at some point have sinned. They say that once you go to hell that you are there forever, but are you really? What if you can go to both heaven and hell, and switch between the two?
All the fallen angels were in heaven and they got sent to hell, so we know transition between the two is possible at least in a unidirectional fashion. If you assume that Satan is in hell now, he has to go to heaven, in order to be cast out of heaven as described in the book of revelation, therefore it is possible for bilateral transition between heaven and hell.
God is said to be all loving, all caring, righteous, and all forgiving. Being in hell permanently for stealing a cookie, doesn't fit in with all of those things. However, allowing them into heaven, but not allowing them to have any cookies for a week, would would be loving, caring, righteous, and forgiving.
Just because you are in heaven, doesn't mean that you aren't being punished, and just because you are in hell doesn't mean that you can't be forgiven.
    Matthew 18:21-22:
21 Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?”
22 Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.
I don't get why this is a complicated question. God is righteous, so if you sin you will be punished. God is also all forgiving, therefore you will not be punished indefinitely. The only flaw is that hell is an eternity. Which it probably isn't even if it does exist. How many times have your parents said that they were going to murder you, and they have never actually murdered you?

Lemme see if I can help my religious friends here.
If heaven is non-corporeal then there could be no subjective experience, no property, no harm...
1 & 2 Would it be possible to deny God or have another god before God? Seems unlikely.
    3 Can't "graven" an image.
4 Vain name taking seems unlikely
5 Either there would be no Sabbath or it would be impossible to forget and even impossibler to not keep holy.
6 How might one dishonor their parents?
    7 Murder? Nope.
8 Adultery? Nope. (Are we sure this is Heaven?)
    9 Theft? Nothing to steal.
10 False Witness? It seems like all knowledge would be common. But I'm guessing.
11 Coveting houses, wives, animals, possessions... I don't see how that would be possible.
In the absence of physicality it does not seem like sin or evil would be possible... except maybe by not being submissive to God, assuming that's possible.
Not in the sense of free will, not in the sense that the choice is there but you can't choose it, more like if you try to point your finger but not at the universe.
How is this heaven? Why would anyone want this kind of existence? I don't know. It's pure speculation and I'm only saying what a non physical existence wouldn't be. Maybe there's something to like about it. But I'm pretty sure that value (good, bad, better, worse, like, dislike) can only exist as a result of subjective experience which I suspect is only possible with a physical existence.
I would go further to speculate that the only reason a perfect non-corporeal being would create a physical world would be to discover what it could otherwise not comprehend. Subjective experience, resulting in ecstasy, evil and everything in between, would be things a non-physical entity could not understand first-hand. But a god like that doesn't really fit the Abrahamic expectations. That would be more deistic than theistic. This model would also make an afterlife a little more problematic.
    This was fun.

Matthew 5:27-28 - thinking of a women with lust is the same as adultery.
So by their rules, those are still possible without a corporal body, assuming the mind can exist without a body. ;]
The want to make the game as hard as possible for them to win. Because otherwise there could conceivably be some normal person who has never sinned, which means they wouldn't need god... wouldn't that be terrible?
