I like the idea of this career mode! Tough go of it first tourney but it's one of the harder courses so you should be able to finish better soon. I'd recommend avoiding upgrading your driving or approach accuracy too much at the start if you want to keep grinding, once I had upgraded them on my golfer 4-5 times the accuracy all of a sudden got way better and I didn't have anywhere near as much challenge as before. Should be fun though! The "Road to Scratch" IRL series sounds like a great idea too 👍
I've always wished I could copy my bag exactly in golf games. Unfortunately nobody on any tour anywhere has used a chipping iron in at least 50 years, so I'm SOL. Love that little thing, it's probably 3 times my age!
I agree man. The fact they don’t have an equip club set for the irons or wedges is crazy ridiculous. It would literally take them two seconds to update that in the game. Having to go club by club to change stuff is super annoying
@@TheApexHound I’ve actually been playing PGA 2k21 cause it’s in my PS PLUS library and I really like that game a lot. It runs like butter and what I do is go on my phone and type in hidden gem golf courses and literally just search for hundreds of courses that look nice to play and it gets addictive
So in mind every time I start the leader is -6 after round 1 and they never change. After 4 rounds that same guy is the leader at -6. I don’t really like this because it’s not realistic

As somebody who only plays 2k23 (and no other golf game) for the course creation (and to play other people's creations too obviously in the fantasy society), the Charlie Woods significance was really lost on me until a couple of minutes into the video. Genuinely no idea who it was. Feel like a right fool now. And yeah I'd be down for some real life lesson footage, despite not being a golfer myself. I'm surprised the teacher would be ok with it though, given that you are literally putting his business out there for free.
