Grubhub x The Hatchery Chicago Pitch Contest Recap

In December 2023, Grubhub kicked off our partnership with The Hatchery Chicago, where four Chicago-based food & beverage entrepreneurs presented their business plans at a pitch contest. Our grand prize winner Nude Dude Food, LLC most notably won a year of rent-free Grubhub private kitchen space at The Hatchery, and all three of our other finalists were awarded six months of rent-free private kitchen space at The Hatchery! All four finalists will move into their private kitchens in early 2024, and moving forward, Grubhub looks forward to seeing this exciting partnership with The Hatchery grow while finding new ways to support independent restaurant owners and help create new opportunities within the hospitality industry in our hometown.

HORRIFIED that after writing 10+ emails to your co, saying I don't even know WHAT Grubhub+ is, it's NOT in my Apple subscriptions, I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP, don't want or use one, only ordered food ONCE- then spending almost an HOUR on the phone w/a "supervisor" named Miriam who was of ZERO help, you STILL won't refund the 10+ mos of UNUSED "membership" I never authorized, used, nor wanted. Nightmare situation. Pls do the right thing!
