I am getting a feeling that Hansel and Gretel are actually made from a single person with split personality. One being sassy ( Hansel) and other being shy ( Gretel). Also apparently they were made in secret if go on what Oswald said. This could be a potential storyline in the future.
Red shoes’s is totaly going to show up again, why? Simple cause of the last file, the last file is actually fresh as in not from when red shoes was alive after all its in a separate file bracket aka red shoes is indeed conscious, but what I want to point out is that in that file red shoes is the one helping in creation of the heretics and molding them, the irony being as much as red shoes indeed did mess up a ton for humanity, Marian ironically might be the funniest casual realization of her desire lol, Marian dosnt want to hurt humans but also seem to not want to hurt rapture, so yeh stuff is surely getting interesting
I want to think that little mermaid had the same treatment as red hood her body or core put in side of maiden. Everybody knows that maiden has some what of the same ability as little mermaid. I feel like elysion has more secrets hidden behind closed doors. hansel and gretel are inseparable like one comment said hansel and gretel can be one new character there personalities play off one another

She has like super high tech glasses that she doesn't even know where it came from lol
Also Neon's gag of calling things out before it happens is seeming less and less like an ongoing joke and more like she has foresight from her glasses. Elysion is definitely hella suspicious and I hope we dive more into them. Maybe in the upcoming arc.
It can be that we will have a Vodka Girls situation here. Greatel sacrifice herself, or is used, to fix a dying Hansel, passing her her own core and her power. They could be the monk that created naked king, we know that Hansel create the ammo and Greatel create the couldron, so if said powers could be combined and enhanced by a double core it would be feasible for her to create Naked King, and having opposite hands for the power would mean that, similar to FMA, to use said power she has to clap or grasp her hand togheter, like a monk in prayer. Then you could maintain Greatel inside Hansel in a similare state as Red Hood, keeping her talking for her sister, just in a way sadder way as Greatel is not there anymore.
In one of the recent Famitsu interviews, the devs mentioned that Rapi's previous body with 2 cores and was beheaded, wqs left behind somewhere in the surface. They pointed out that this will be crucial in the future. I believe that Nikkes do not have to be alive to become a heretic. They just need the brain (dna) and what's left of the nimph. We must remember that Nikkes are made of nano machines that can reproduce. If the Queen can manipulate those nano machines to regenerate quickly or recreate a new being based on the previous materials, then any Nikke, dead or alive, brain or not, can become a heretic or can be used to be a vessel to create one.
Personally, I think Little Mermaid is currently being mind controlled by Leviathan. Leviathan's use of the dark matter is very water based, as her is fitting of her namesake. Waves, puddles, crushing with pressure and waterfalls, these all line up except for one. Her mind control power at the end of 34 really is out of left field and doesn't fit with the water theme, people may yell kotodama from this, but I think that's a red herring. Levi clearly knows Siren by name, and while it's possible she encountered her, saw that power, and thought to imitate it, that seems too simple. Siren was likely greatly weakened and doing terribly mentally after her fall, an extremely vulnerable state, very susceptible to mind control. Why would the story set up this power if not for relevance? Just to give Rapi her power up? Doubt it. I think Cinderella and Grave re-encountering Levi, who is now motivated by revenge, and a mind controlled Little Mermaid has incredible story potential, not to mention mind control isn't like corruption where it's a code or you need a special material to snap someone out of it. Mind control is a manipulation, something a emotional and moving plea could snap Siren out of.

Separated they'd die, but together they'd have a SLIM chance of survival and they do claim to be one entity so it's not unheard of they could possible fuse together. Correct me if im wrong, but siren's kotodama is different from the bubbles right? I understood it to be that the bubbles would be her weapon, and kotodama an ability. Similar to rapunzel staff being her weapon and her hairs jamming being an ability.
Yes they're different, Siren uses the bubbles as a speaker, so when Siren talks only that enemy or enemies that are covered in bubbles can hear her voice and Kotodama does its thing.
as much as those theroy sound plausible, part of me just cannot belive them because right now there doesn't seem to be any danger of having any nikke die permenantly if they're not mass produce even in the recent famitsu interview the Dev said that Rapi old body from the early chapter is still up on the surface with Red Hood's core intact and potentially teasing a return for Red Hood. But the biggest cuplrit of all is what happened with Viper in Chp 24. Or even recently with Wordless and Yuni, what they did to her kind of goes against what we know of Cent Gov and how they treat Nikke. Why transform Yuni into Megatron when they could literally just scrap her unless Shift Up is really not willing to kill off any character? Obviously this doesn't make it so that the Old Tale Squad member will look like a 1:1 of what they looked like in the recent event and their appeareance might've change overtime but because of the precious point i just can't belive the two nikke mentionned by Alice are in relation to them. Dont get me wrong i'd be happy to eat my shoes if im wrong, and i kind of hope i am, but that's just how it feel with the ''danger'' in Nikke right now, everyone is safe and have plot armor to some capacity

I agree with many of your points here and the fact you read the famisu tells me how dedicated you are to this game! I also am hoping there’s some twist and it’s not as black and white.
Maybe one of the two twins survived and is currently protecting the brains of both Siren and the other twin. Because their bodies were way too damaged and couldn't function.
1- Liberalio can't be neither Hansel or Gretel, just because time location,they fall from the lift 5 years since the mission "Failed". Then the first one of the Offsprings (Nihilister) was born almost 20 years later of that (Because Abe encounter her before being turned into Grave and Nihilister still didn't existed after then) and Liberalio came to life before her. So we're saying that their bodies stayed there 25 years ?b weaker than Cinderella's wich means they sustained more damage and also being unable to repair themselves ? Then by plot magic they got taken by who ? A heretic who Didn't existed yet ? Or raptures ? Who would devour their bodies instantly ? I think they're alive, yes, but they must been rescued by another Human or Another Nikke. 2- Black sea (Leviathan goo weapon) is similar to Spindrift, Siren weapon, not Kotodama, That's her "Cursed Speech" power
nikke finding them and taking them is not realy unrealistic, remember raptures also had taken lilith her head and then left her body there, they are not stupid, if they have something they or better the queen wants, they will try to get it
