I don't really get the deal behind DiEnd's popularity though. Also the more modern riders have different forms. Specifically, they have Upgrade, Super, and Final Forms (or at the very least these are the main categories for forms) If you're interested, the video called "Every Single Kamen Rider Upgrade/Super/Final Form with Finishers (1971 - Geats)" by the channel, A Dumb Bland Shirt that highlights those forms. The villains are not weak, Rider finishers like most toku hero techniques operate on what I call Pokemon logic. You don’t throw a Pokeball at your target when they are at full strength as it renders it ineffective. (Yes there is the Master Ball but my point still stands) The same goes for finishers, as Akibarager put it, one of the “flags of defeat” tropes is using the finisher too early as the enemy can counter it or shrug it off and curbstomp the hero.
The Rider Kick is the signature move along with the Rider Punch, Slash and Shooting. The video focuses mostly on the Rider Kick, they have more than that but other videos show them.
Most of the standard finishers are kicks, yes - and as you mentioned, that's because it's a franchise staple. The variety over the course of the various shows, though, is greater than it appears, which is... just the consequence of a compilation. Most Kamen Riders, these days, do have some form of weaponry, they're just not always using it, and it makes the number of finishers they can do become greater; there are even different spins on the finishers you've seen, as well as the finishers with said weapons, so... yeah, it's a, "you gotta watch to see it," thing.

Also the more modern riders have different forms. Riders exist in different times and universes, some in the same universe, some not. For example Kamen Rider Ex-aid is in a different universe than Kamen Rider Build. In the same universe as Ex-aid, other Riders exist like Fourze and OOO's. In the movie Heisei Generations Final, Kamen Rider Gaim does appear in Build's world, but Gaim attained godhood and can pretty much show up anywhere.

There's a real good video analyzing what belts/drivers the characters use and how easy they are to store. Some are deceptively thin and easy to pocket! Some... aren't!!
most shows have 2 to 4 riders in it, but this video only shows the main character ones, and most of them do have other finishers, the kick is just the main one
The villains are not weak, Rider finishers like most toku hero techniques operate on what I call Pokemon logic. You don’t throw a Pokeball at your target when they are at full strength as it renders it ineffective. (Yes there is the Master Ball but my point still stands)
The same goes for finishers, as Akibarager put it, one of the “flags of defeat” tropes is using the finisher too early as the enemy can counter it or shrug it off and curbstomp the hero.
The Rider Kick is the signature move along with the Rider Punch, Slash and Shooting. The video focuses mostly on the Rider Kick, they have more than that but other videos show them.

Most of the standard finishers are kicks, yes - and as you mentioned, that's because it's a franchise staple. The variety over the course of the various shows, though, is greater than it appears, which is... just the consequence of a compilation. Most Kamen Riders, these days, do have some form of weaponry, they're just not always using it, and it makes the number of finishers they can do become greater; there are even different spins on the finishers you've seen, as well as the finishers with said weapons, so... yeah, it's a, "you gotta watch to see it," thing.
