How To Wrap JK Wrangler Console Lid In Custom Leather Upholstery - LeatherSeats.com Tech Tips Video

This Leather Seats Tech Tips video goes through our process of installing leather upholstery onto the factory rubber-molded center console lid in the Jeep Wrangler JK. This upholstery is designed to be installed over the factory rubber lid and requires upholstery spray adhesive and a pneumatic upholstery stapler. This lid upholstery was built specifically to match the seat upholstery package that we offer for the 2011-2012 JK Wrangler in Black Leather with Green Piazza Perforated Insert sections and stitched in contrasting Lime Green stitching. Our console lid covers are built in the same automotive-grade top-grain cowhide leather as our seat upholstery and can be matched to any of our 65+ leather colors.
The special order Green Piazza Perforation upgrade on the seats was made by first vat dyeing the leather in Green and top coating it in Black. When the square perforations are punched, the Green shows through and gives the seat a subtle green undertone to match the theme of this Hyper Green Jeep Wrangler.
