Ha! That's how I've always cooked them. But Mike's way was totally delicious also. The man knows how to use his camping grill! Thank you for watching and leaving a comment. :)
Thanks for the kind words. I'd like to get better at not using common names when describing plants. I knew those trees were members of Cupressaceae, which is colloquially known as the cypress family, hence why I mentioned cypress. I identified them as Chamaecyparis lawsoniana, which has common names that include both Lawson's Cypress and Port Orford Cedar. It's also entirely possible that I misidentified them and they are actually Calocedrus decurrens, which has the common name, California Incense-Cedar.
Using by Sudworth, Port Orford Cedar is found "at Western base of Mount Shasta near Sisson, Cal". And like you said Incense cedar. The family is Cypress, see what you were saying now. Interesting!@@OutdoorAdventureandNatureStudy
Thanks for the feedback. Please know he meant no ill will towards hikers and horses. It was a silly comment about trails marked as downhill mountain bike trails. I'm just starting out on UA-cam and I appreciate your help in becoming a better channel.
Helluva a ride. Ribeyes are the best cut but go hot from the start.

OOPs, that comment someone made in your mountain bike group wasn't appropriate, "Hikers and Horses get the f.... out of the way".
