@James Hi! It’s important that a researcher expresses well his/her ideas. If fluent sa English, that’s better. Part of the usual criteria in the evaluation is oral communication skills so the totality of it. Speaking clearly and succinctly always helps be it using English or Filipino. After all, the sincere and best efforts exerted would be appreciated by the panel.
