Good video Joe, thanks. Question, if it were your $, would you rather buy/lease this Stinger GT-Line with AWD or a K5GT? Up here in Minnesota, I’d have to go Stinger with the AWD. Thoughts?
I'm not Joe, but hands down the stinger regardless of where you live. The K5gt is front wheel drive and with all that power it's constantly squealing the tires.
Tbh I'd be weary of the new 2.5 GT-line, the same engine has proven to have oil consumption issues in other Korean cars and the previous 2.0 was pretty unreliable too. The 2.5 is a new power train. A V6 stinger is just a better package especially when it can be gotten for the same price as this used and its been proven to be reliable and being a v6 it will inherently be more reliable then an i4 turbo pushing 300hp. Only big con imo is the horrendous range on the V6 with the small gas tank and far worse mpg compared to the 2.5 (435 mile range vs 320) and handling might be a tad worse due to being heavier
Hey Joe and Lori, and also the Raiti's Rides family, how are y'all doing today?😄 So thanks Joe about this review about the 2022 Kia Stinger GT-line with AWD and the probably last review about the Volkswagen Passat. Ok, so the Kia Stinger is the biggest sedan that is available from Kia at the moment and it's also a sports back (hatchback+sedan). Anyways besides that, is a good looking mid-size sedan from Kia that have an MSRP of around 36k, but this trim level haves an MSRP of around 38k, (but it have a premium interior, an I-4, and that "Ultimate" Kia/Hyundai 10 year warranty.) But besides that what is your favorite mid-size sedan and which one would you choose? 🤔 (Joe it's probably going to choose the Dodge Charger. Also in the Facebook post I can see the ✨iconic✨ red mini fridge 😂)
Great video Joe & Lori!! The Stinger is a great car, I had a GT2 in Ascot Green but I just sold it and got an Audi RS3 instead. Also, Kia confirmed the Stinger coming in 2023 for Canada, Id be surprised if the US wasn't. I'm sure we'll know more soon!

This is a good review - nice job ty
Great review Joe. I have driven a Stinger GT Line and really liked it. I'd rather have a RWD biased car, so I'd go GT Line in this comparison.
The only thing missing from this car in my opinion is a digital instrument cluster or at least a bigger screen in the middle just like the one from the 2015-20 Genesis G80
It’s a given that crash avoidance is structured into All these vehicles today. Simply because there are way, way to many distractions to take your eyes off the road .
Those dolls grandma gave us were porcelain,😀 . And “stop kicking the seats or I’ll give you something to think about. “. Priceless .
I'd take this over a TLX any day.
Any reason?
I personally like the exterior and interior design of it more than the TLX.
@@Xemnas103 so which one is faster tho?
Love that car!
Hello Joe!! There's good news, Kia made it for 2023 after all.
You should do a video showing what car you own/drive daily.
Black rims/wheels on these cars make it look so much better
I really starting to like these Kia stinger’s 🔥
Still can't help but mistake the front of these for a Forte every time I see one.
WTH? Looks nothing like a Forte. Please go to the optometrist immediately
The DRLs are the same as last gen Forte.
Yeah I never could get over the front face that kind of looks like a catfish
Yes by far
I am so glad you like this one!
this one is a great value!
It's a big, heavy car for a 4-banger.
@@funkyfurballs1078 yes but still lighter then the TLX or the 3.3 Stinger. And why I said handling may be just a tad better
Love the looks of the car. But you can barely hear that it's running even when Revving.
So man up and get a borla catback exhaust
@@stevhml maybe for they price they could put a decent exhaust on the thing
Hey Joe and Lori, and also the Raiti's Rides family, how are y'all doing today?😄
So thanks Joe about this review about the 2022 Kia Stinger GT-line with AWD and the probably last review about the Volkswagen Passat.
Ok, so the Kia Stinger is the biggest sedan that is available from Kia at the moment and it's also a sports back (hatchback+sedan).
Anyways besides that, is a good looking mid-size sedan from Kia that have an MSRP of around 36k, but this trim level haves an MSRP of around 38k, (but it have a premium interior, an I-4, and that "Ultimate" Kia/Hyundai 10 year warranty.)
But besides that what is your favorite mid-size sedan and which one would you choose? 🤔
(Joe it's probably going to choose the Dodge Charger. Also in the Facebook post I can see the ✨iconic✨ red mini fridge 😂)
The Stinger is way better. The RWD platform is always better than the FWD platform, plus the hatch back.
Is this the top trim of the gt?
No the gt 2 is the top trim of the stinger and if you want the price it starts at 51k
@@mattmekhaeil Thank you for the info.
Nice Stinger but Ihe question is, What if Kia and Acura did 100% perfect vehicles without a flaws?
Lmao I love how annoyed Joe gets by a non blacked out roof 🤣
There will be a 2023 Stinger. Confirmed by folks who work at dealerships received training material for it. It's official in Canada. Should hear something about the US soon. Kia is removing some colors and trims from the lineup. Not sure about the GT-Line but GT1 is gone and so is the blue and ascot green paint color options.
I have a Durango and Charger with the ZF 8 Speed that this Stinger has and you definitely wanna just forget about the Shifters and let the computer do the work,at least with my Dodges.
No Fog Lights and soon will it be discounted Joe if you didn't know that! I heard storys that be get killed off
