Absolutely spot on I love these stoic journals that brings you to the essence of certain human behaviours, there's a lot of wisdom here in these philosophical terms.I have an experience with my ex partner who often didn't plan anything ahead or talk about the future with me it was hard to acknowledge that I was not part of the plan, however with a help of good therapist it brought me to wake up to my reality.I learn a lot from that experience
