JazakAllahu Khayran for the beautiful reminder. Wallahi, du'a made in sujood (prostration) is bound to be granted by Allah azzawjal. Recently, I was in one of the biggest problems of my life. I made countless istaghfaar in sujood. I recited {La illaha illaa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz zalimeen - Du'a of Prophet Jonas/Yunus (peace be upon him); Rabbana Zalamna An Fusanaa Wa Illam Taghfir Lanaa Watarhamna Lana'kunanna Minal Khaasireen - Du'a of Prophet Adam (peace be upon him)}. My du'a got answered on 21st March this Ramadan. Allah protected me and I was out of that messy situation, Alhamdulillah!
With my comment, I aim to request people to not lose hope in Allah's mercy because every delay is His pure protection and utmost blessing. Keep asking Him whatever you want without counting days/months. Wallahi, you will find Allah the most faithful towards your sincere call, Ameen ❤

Anybody who has suffered from any anxiety disorder will be awestruck by the Ayat from the Quran in the video. The chest tightening part for me is the biggest characteristic when anxiety has come up on me all of a sudden… and I just recently found it’s already been mentioned in the Quran…. Subhan’Allah.

1.Rabbana atina fid dunya hasanatan wa fil Aakhirati hasanatan waqina ‘azab an-nar.
2. Ya muqalibbal qulub sabbit qalbi aala deenik,
3. Allahuma innaka afuwwun tuhibbul afwa faafu anni
4. Allahumma inni as alukal aafiya ..
5. Rabbi inni lima anzalta ilayya min khairin fagir.

Doctor Gave Me Anti-deppressent But It Wasn't Having Any Effect So Somehow I Got into Prying Five Times And Then Thanks To Allah I Started Praying Tahajjud , Making Dua And Leaving My Affairs In His Hands And Now Thanks To Allah I Can Breath Fine😊. U can make duwa in any sujood while in salah itself but You are allowed to make dua both during and after salah, but the duas made during salah must be established from the Quran or sunnah of Nabi sallAllahu alayhi wasallam. Duas made after salah have no such restrictions and can be made in any language. Some Ulema say you can, make duwa in any language if you dont know arabic in salah but our Ulema say it isn't permissible, and I agree with them. We run the risk of mutilating our salah, if we just start making any duas we feel like, in whatever language we feel like. It will be best to rather make dua from your heart, if you don't know Arabic. At least you won't run the risk of your salah being nullified.
Salah is such a high form of ibaadah. It must be according to the sunnah of Nabi sallAllahu alayhi wasallam.
Imagine if people just start doing things as they please. Then what will be left of our salah?
Allah will only accept aamaal done according to the sunnah of Nabi sallAllahu alayhi wasallam, and if it isn't according to sunnah, then it's biddah.
We must be very cautious of falling into innovation.

یَاحَیُّ یَا قَیُّوْمُ بِرَحْمَتِکَ اَسْتَغِیْثُ فَاصْلِحْ لِیْ شَاْنِیْ کُلَّہٗ وَلَا تَکِلْنِیْ اِلٰی نَفْسِیْ طَرْفَةَ عَیْنٍ
“Ya Ḥayyu ya Qayyūm, O Ever living,
O Self -Subsisting and Supporter of all,
by Your Mercy I seek help, rectify for me all of my affairs and do not leave me to depend on myself, even for the blink of an eye.” (Hakim)

In Pakistan the religious scholars here don't allow the prayer in sujood in Farz Salah. It really confuses me that some say its allowed and some say it's not.
Also I asked can I add Zikr from Quran where Allah has mentioned His greatness. The maulvi of Mosque said no. He said I can not add anything above basic "Subhan Rabbiyal A'alaa".
Ever since I restricted myself from doing mentioned above, I seem to have lost strength that I used to get from Salah.

Is there a way to see this in action - like we say subhana rabeeul a'laa 3 times, so is it dua after each time or after all 3 or it doesn't;t matter? And if it doesn't matter can it be after each for example you say subhana rabeeul a'laa one time and then make dua and then say it a 2nd time and make dua again and then a 3rd time and make dua again? Just want some clarification for this as I only today at 24 years old despite being raised Muslim and knowing salah that this was even allowed/possible

Walaikum Salam brother, you can make dua in sajdah after saying Subhana Rabiyal Aala 3x, and yes you can make dua in any language in sajdah and yes you can make dua for anything as we can only ask Allah for help and only Allah can give us whatever we want.

I don't know about a Tajweed center but you can follow Sheikh 'Abdulbasat. (RahimahuLLAH. May Allah grant him His mercy)

You can supplicant any time you want and in every slah the prophet (pb) duplicated in every single sujood

Can you make dua in your own language in Sujood?
Definitely! Allah is all-knowing and merciful. He understands all languages, so feel free to express your deepest thoughts and desires in your own language when making dua in sujood. Remember that Allah hears your supplications and will respond in the way that is best for you. Trust in His wisdom and accept the peace that comes with surrendering to His will.
Also, we should strive to learn and recite the duas that the Prophet taught us, in addition to making dua in our own language.
May Allah grant us all that is good in this life and in the hereafter.
