Thank you! The friend i made them for sent me a set of plans that i modified to make them last a multiple lifetimes vs a decade at the most. The simple plans were free and online. Wow. Really nice. Looks like you upsized these a bit from the free night stand plans. What were the dimensions? Also did you use construction grade lumber or something nicer?
These are just a couple inches shorter otherwise the same as the free plans. I didn’t follow the plans as you can see lol. I used kiln dried poplar for the build. Im not a fan of using construction lumber for furniture although i have done it from time to time. Thanks for compliments and thanks you for watching! Thanks for the prompt response. Funny - they look wider and deeper than the free plans. Again - really nice job! It's obvious that you have a lot of experience and are a craftsman. A lot of nice touches - joinery methods, dovetail drawers, undermount drawer slides, etc. @@HurdCrafters
