Thank you doug i watched this about two years ago,now i have illustrator and came up with a situation where i need exactly what you've done here. I remembered this, thank you very much! i think this is the only tutorial on You Tube that explains this,i've looked!
Yes we can do that. I have done it. We can reduce or increase the size of stars. We can decrease or increase the distance between the stars. To learn how to make sprayer and how to use them , search here or on internet.
Why everytime i hit ctr D the duplicate seperates? How to do like a ciecle and press sumthing like duplicate the circle that stays in place but can adjust the size freely like creating a contour manually...
your corel draw default does that, you can change that, (serach my video "duplicate") what is the way I have mine, you can also just hit the "+" on you key board (the one in your number pad)
Mr Doug - Love your videos! I'm a bit new to COREL. I have 2017 and I am trying to make what I think is a simple CIRCLE STAR PATTERN. Just like the U.S. 13 colony flag. I've watched this video ( ua-cam.com/video/cCG1eG9rG2E/v-deo.html ) and it seems like thats the way I want to go however,it doesnt have audio so I really dont know what commands he is performing... Your way gets me the end state I want but ...that really is a lot of math (for my level). Help?

Great sir
there is an easy way to do that, add star as sprayer , and then use it for circle. Or you can use those stars included in Artistic Media Tool.
will look into it, not sure You could make it that even? and I have don it other way now using the blend tool
