Role of a Case Worker

The goal of social case worker is to solve client’s problems by developing his capacities and capabilities so that he may realise satisfaction and happiness. To achieve this goal, caseworker studies social and psychological conditions of each client, adaptation level and ego functioning to put a clear diagnosis for proper treatment.

Thankyou, I got assigned a caseworker by my therapist. I have Bipolar, ptsd, and possible cptsd/borderline. I was so confused what they were supposed to do. Again thankyou.
