Bayonetta 2 in PC is close to impossible but a man can dream.
I know but it would be fine to support PG paying for their game.
You could always just buy it for Wii U and then just download ROM from the internet, that way you support Platinum Games
Buy a copy of the game, then emulate it.

I loved listening to the character designer.
To those playing this for the first time and are afraid of English voice acting in Japanese games, not only is the English acting good but this game also was originally voiced in English ONLY. They added a Japanese voice cast in the Wii U re-release. I recommend at least trying the English voice acting before switching to Japanese.
I understand, simply because trying to trasnlate one language to another isn't always smooth.
But like I said, this game was originally ONLY voice acted in English. It took several years later for a Japanese voice cast to be added (and it was when it was ported to the Wii U when Bayonetta 2 came out). That weird translation audio you here in dubs isn't here because it didn't originally exist.
I really think you should give it a chance.
well I'm more than half way through the game on japanese audio anyway , I might give the english a shot on my next play through of the game though as I intend to replay this game a lot. The reason i prefer japanese audio is because I have gotten so used to japanese , from anime and such, that hearing english dub of the same things just doesn't sound right to me.
The english voice actors always seem as if they are trying too hard when voice acting characters, whereas the japanese audio just comes off natural and the character voices match up with their characters.
Mind you japanese audio isn't always better, For example I actually liked the english voice actors for goku in dragonball rather than the japanese version, it is one of those rare exceptions for me.
Thus it carried over to to japanese video games for me, if there ever was the option I would change it, I did so for platinum's newest game Nier:Automata since I again didn't like the english voice acting. Since you say Bayonetta might be a rare exception, I will give it a shot

I play in English because the summons sound TERRIBLE in Japanese.

Aero Fighter It's one of my favourite games. I have no problem buying it again to show my support in hopes that it makes a third game possible, especially when the PC version is the best version so far and is cheap. What I do with my money is my business.

Sega is making a dumb mistake by making Yakuza exclusive to PS consoles.
Koko the Arabian they sure are. they dont seem to care much about money. Sega seem to naturally make dumb decisions, which is why they are always behind.

I think it is dope that more people will be able to play this amazing game. I own the ps3 version and the wii u(disc) version and bayonetta 2.
Lets clear certain things up. SEGA owns the Bayonetta IP/franchise. Nintendo funded and currently owns the license to Bayonetta 2. What are the terms of the contract for Bayonetta 2. Only Sega and Nintendo know. But Sega can make Bayonetta 3 and more for PS4, PC, Xbox whatever.

well to be honest i actually agree with you, because Bayonetta 2 just basically rounded up and completed the whole story. Like the eyes of the world are gone and there really is nothing more to the story now. (BTW Loki confirmed that the eyes of the world are gone from the world) the only thing that the Bayonetta franchise can make is Spin off games, i highly suggest one with Jeanne or Rodin

all this talk about wanting Bayonetta 2 on PC and here I am wanting Bayonetta 3 (or a crossover with Devil May Cry would also be pretty awesome)
I don't really think there will be a Bayonetta 3 (because the eyes of the world are gone and that causes the balance to be really messed up causing all type of crap between the angels and demons) and if there is a Bayonetta 3 i would be very interested in the story this time around. As for a Devil May Cry crossover i very much welcome the idea and maybe Jeanne and Bayonetta can have a taste of the sons of Sparda *wink *wink

I genuinely find it sad that this video ends with a comment about Bayonetta's popularity, only to then remember that Bayonetta 2 never would have happened, if not for Nintendo stepping in to fund it. It's just ironic.

I've played Bayonetta 2 on Wii U but I never got the chance to play the first one. I'm glad it came to PC so I can finally try it out.

This game is a masterpiece
Bayonetta is a truly magnificent title from Platinum Games. If you haven't experienced the -very physical- rush of Climax Action gameplay then this is your chance with the best possible format -60fps, ect.
4k 60fps is nice but the wiiU version comes free with Bayonetta 2 (which i bought really early and glad i did) and it has the cool Nintendo costumes.
I had no idea a PC version existed until now...instant buy!
Bayonetta on the switch,ps4 and xbox one would be great too.

I was really happy when i saw bayonetta on pc, thank you thank you thank you so much. Also please release bayonetta 2 on pc too. Am also still hoping that lollipop chainsaw still comes to pc too.
Lolipop is kind of a weak hack and slash, tbh. It wasn't bad, don't get me wrong, it's just not something I'd pick up again (played it through to completion in a single sitting on hard mode). Bayonetta and DMC are better hack and slash games imo.
Lolipop's story is pretty fun, though....
Good job Sega/Platinum! Give this game the love and attention it deserves.

This is one of my favorite games and I really want to be able to fully enjoy the game with the portability and high fidelity offered on PC.
I have a:
GPU - GTX 970
CPU - i7 - 4790k
RAM - 16 Gigs
All above the recommended specs on the steam page. And as far as I've seen this game runs well on toasters. The problem I've been having seems to be somewhat common. the game runs at about 12fps everywhere after the prologue. During the prologue it runs max settings, 4k, consistent 60fps and is a mess everywhere else. You can check the steam discussion page for the several frame-rate issue threads that affect PC's even better then mine.
I've tried every fix on this page short of cracking it.

all of my drivers are up to date and this seems to be affecting a very random portion of the community.
A fantasy of mine would be to have a sort of Steam Workshop Mission Creator.. Where we get to try out people's own custom levels..
Sweet, PC finally got a game console gamers had for 8 years! But they still don't have Anarchy Reigns, Madworld, Infinite Space, or Vanquish. Nor will they ever get Yakuza Zero, Future Tone, Azure Revolution, Puyo Puyo Tetris, or Persona 5.
But hey, let's celebrate a port of an 8 year old game! Sega LOVES PC, it's their most PROFITABLE platform!

+Chaotixhero Entertainment Because its a great JRPG and a PC release would help garner it more exposure, and on 3DS it has framerate issues. Its not even like Valkyria Chronicles 2/3 where there are gameplay elements that only exist because that's all the system could handle; its a standard JRPG and it absolutely would benefit from a PC release. 3DS -> PC releases have happened before too. Just take a look at Code of Princess, Legend of Dark Witch, and Gunvolt.

Bayonetta 2 PLEASE!! The fanbase was mostly on PS and xbox, wiiu was ok but personally I wouldnt buy a console just for 1 or 2 games, just as many others im sure. meaning its 1 game many will never play :( please bring part 2 to pc/ps/one so it can reach its fullest potential on multiplatform and all its fanbase.
