The start is a quote from one of the verses from the Book of Timothy. It is a shame the reference was not correctly noted at the end of the quote. Perhaps they don't teach that in school, unlike in "our day"!! Ren's songs more often than not, reference other songs or things currently happening in his life. They are often "coded" in the form of a double or triple entendre. "Money makes the sick boy (boi) sicker somehow. Has a few meanings. His song Sick Boi was taken down from yt after a copyright claim which became very messy. Ren had liked and bought a sample (from kujobeats) he incorporated in the song. It turned out part of the sample was stolen from a Bulgarian choir. It got messy. Kujobeats wanted more money and was trying to use the song as leverage over Ren. Kujo's girlfriend insinuated herself into the situation, online. Eventually, the song was re-instated to yt. The process took a lot out of Ren and his health declined. . Momey (Kujo's greed) made the Sick Boi (Ren) sicker somehow. Ren wrote a "diss" for Kujobeats, he calls Kujo Beatdown. You are right, everything is by design in a Ren video. Although, there are actually 2 exceptions we know of. One is in Money Game 3, where a globe of the world randomly stops on the country the song had just referenced. The other was in his Nas retake where he finished crossing the road, just as the countdown reached 0 and the traffic began to move.
