The Carlos effect in F1 teams is so real. Look how much Ferraris vibe has changed from before and after Carlos, also how Mclaren has lost some of its charm and also the results. Such a positive and great guy.
Also the results, there car and performances have been better then last year, and mclaren vibe looks more then ok to me if it’s anything at the beginning of the year it seemed like lando held Daniel at arms length never let him get close but even that didn’t really matter, Ricardo just struggled with a new car
Yes, and he’s so underrated. There are times that during the actual race they wouldn’t even show him.
He has energy and speed. If he d join Haas, The Haas would be P1 and P2 next season xd
As a Charles fan, I can only agree. You can trust Carlos on and off track and the atmosphere is great. Look how they swapped positions in Mexico back and forth, this is building trust and allows cooperation. Was not possible with Seb and Charles, when I think back to the Russian GP 2019. C2 relationship is a lot more advanced and they share interests off track and humour.

Its being arranged by FIFA in the last race of the season, the track guide will be Max and Lewis walking alongside each other whilst explaining about the track!

I think alot of people said this would be the strongest driver combo this year.
And its whats might get Ferrari P3, otherwise McLaren would have smoked them in the first half of the season

I like the atmosphere in the team. They seem to get along fine and push each other to be better. Positive.
Carlos seems to be a very easy guy to get along with.

Yeah it's easy when you compete for 3rd or 4th and just try to get the most points you can out of a race as a team. But if they were the top team with real chances at a drivers championship I think things would be totally different. Each one of them wants to win, to become a champion. For example just take the race McLaren won this season. Lando was behind Ricciardo in that one and as soon as he understood they were going to win the race he asked on comms if it was the right call to keep the cars on the track in that order. These guys super competitive, they will try almost anything for the win. I don't see neither Carlos or Leclerc being a number 2 in any team.

Carlos and Charles have completely change the feel of Ferrari when compared to the Kimi - Seb days, it feels alot more friendly and healthy :)
I don't think there was anything "unhealthy" with Kimi-Seb. They were very cool, maybe not as relaxed, but they were fighting for the championship after all
@@thehealingprocessbandofficial The clear favoratism of the team towards Seb didnt help their relationship, Seb and Kimi had no problems with eachother, but because of how they treated them they was a big disconnect in the team
@@AntRounis that's how Ferrari has always worked. They will favour one driver again once they have a car that can fight for championships
Because Ferrari expected a lot coming from 2 former world champions, so they were on a more serious note since they were still in the running for a championship (kinda). Not they're a little bit more free going since these 2 have never been champion yet, they don't have as high of expectations

Man the track looks so wide and so long in this view. Gives you the sense of how fast these cars are actually going..
Also how big the cars are.
This video is the one you must show in comparison with the onboards to prove to those that say these cars are slow.

Danny Riccardo is passive aggressive and not once showed Lando any respect. McLaren and the fans love Lando he's quick, fun, positive and grounded too.

Carlos is one of those very persuasive guys. Very smart too. He is steering Ferrari to develop the car to his liking, less to Leclerc's. He can also drive flat out thru yellows and convince the stewards he did slow down. And brilliantly, with a bit of math trickery, convince the stewards to put Bottas 4 positions lower for a 3 grid penalty.
Yes but leclerc can drive any car so it doesn’t matter even though they are level on points the reality is I expect leclerc to break free once ferrari make a competitive car . However Carlos is a great driver in his own right
@@mo215300 true. Drivers like Charles step up when they have the pressure of a winning car. If it was another driver in that 2nd seat tho, Charles would be leading the development instead.
