Horses will ALWAYS want to be with their herd. Usually when a horse gets out, you get another horse to bring them back because they instinctively don't want to be alone.

@@wilfredhopsin4840 I absolutely guarantee that the racehorses do not die happy. They die in severe pain, confusion, terrible fear, and usually feeling alone and abandoned because their herd is gone and the riders, the only people they know usually out on the track, will tend to leave them alone with the medics. And, most racehorses are only two years old. Not even old enough to be done growing. To maybe five years old. Horses live to 30 plus years. So essentially what happens to racehorses can be compared to making a nine year old child get super into weightlifting for your benefit, and then the child drops a bar on their neck and dies. That isn’t happy. Neither are racehorses when they get hurt and die on the track. I completely agree with the statement that horses love to run, because they do. They run and play just like we do when they feel safe enough. But to say that about racehorses? Nah

Once upon a time, in a peaceful coastal town, a young and spirited two-year-old horse named Luna eagerly awaited her first adventure on the beach. She had heard tales of the vast ocean, soft sand, and the exhilarating feeling of freedom that came with galloping alongside her older siblings. Today was the day Luna would join them.
As the morning sun painted the sky with hues of gold, Luna’s heart raced with anticipation. Her sleek black coat shimmered under the gentle rays of sunlight as she pranced and whinnied with joy. Luna’s older siblings, Midnight and Stardust, stood nearby, their strong frames and wise eyes watching over her.
With a flick of Stardust’s majestic mane, the three horses set off towards the sandy shores. The rhythmic sound of their hooves echoed, harmonizing with the distant crashing of waves. As they reached the beach, a vast expanse of untouched sand stretched before them, meeting the shimmering sea.
Luna took her first tentative steps onto the cool sand, feeling its soft texture beneath her hooves. She glanced at her older siblings, seeking their guidance. Sensing her hesitation, Midnight nuzzled Luna affectionately, encouraging her to embrace the exhilaration of the open beach.
With newfound confidence, Luna unleashed her youthful energy, her hooves pounding against the sand. As her gallop quickened, she felt the salty sea breeze caress her mane, carrying whispers of freedom. Her siblings kept pace with her, their graceful strides creating a synchronized symphony of equine power.
The trio raced along the water’s edge, leaving behind fleeting hoofprints that mingled with the foamy surf. Luna’s heart swelled with a mix of awe and excitement as she witnessed seagulls taking flight, their wings tracing elegant patterns against the azure sky. She felt a deep connection with the world around her.
Time seemed to suspend as Luna reveled in the pure bliss of the moment. She embraced the boundless joy of running freely, her youthful spirit igniting with every stride. Her older siblings, sensing her elation, whinnied in celebration, their hooves pounding in unison.
As the sun began its descent, casting a warm glow across the beach, the trio slowed their pace. Their breaths were steady, their hearts content. They had shared an unforgettable experience, bonding through the rhythm of their gallops.
Luna’s first time running on the beach had transformed her, leaving an indelible imprint on her young soul. She had discovered the exhilaration of freedom, the unbreakable bond with her siblings, and the profound beauty of the natural world. From that day forward, Luna would carry the spirit of the beach within her, forever seeking new adventures and embracing the joy of running wild and free.
