As a True New Englander from the coast I’ve been to and helped with many authentic clam bakes. I’ve never seen an orange go in. However the meal looked delicious and I’m never against trying something different. I will add an orange to my next stove top bake and give it a try.
Ok just finished eating and it was perfect For people who think the lobster would be tough just make sure its bigger than 2 pounds And I shaved 6 minutes at the end so it took a total of 29 minutes Thanks alot So it was 29 min
Surprised to see lobster go in first before other seafood and corn. That means the lobster is in that pan for another 20+ min? Doesn't it come out tough?
@@ryankenealy4837 yes every year the same ingredients BUT i stop it FOUR minutes early , and its perfect my wife loves it, and you don't need to be a lobster expert just follow his steps exactly as he did

Respect !!!!, your father will be very happy, let me know how it went then
@@hollowhelmet13 certainly!
how much water did he have in the pot before he added the wine?
I have the same question. What good is a step-by-step video if the first step isn't recorded.
If I had to guess it looked like a couple of inches of water
