I don't believe that we are always being chastised God doesn't work like that look at the world how it has gotten, I am surprised we get more chastisement God has not punished us as we deserve He has been leanion with us but sometimes we do stupid things we hurt others and we suffer the consequences of our own stupidity because actions have consequences sometimes we suffer from the stupidity of others if were being always chastized this world would of been destroyed a long time ago sometimes we suffer for God to get our attention because we are heading in the wrong and God loves us so much that He doesn't like where are to so He let's a little of come to us to wake us up to show that we need in our lives. sometimes when things are going well for us we forget about God to thank Him to spend time with me personally I can't make without God we need to see that is control and we can't make without Him sometimes we need wake up and see that but there a lot of people who no matter what happens they still don't see the need for God that is what is wrong with the world when everything is going good for them they like to take the credit for it when things are going wrong they blame God for it but they don't see everything we have is because of God everything is a blessing from God and we should never take things for granted but in all things acknowledge Him and thank God for everything.even when we have some suffering in our lives we can take that suffering and give to Jesus for the deliverance and conversion of others like for those who say that they don't need God or don't have the time for Him we all know someone like a family member a friend I know more people who are like that than those who have a genuine faith and those who pretend to have faith we can use our suffering for their conversion they need it
My car lost control on an icy snowy road. I should of died my car kept spinning and I kept saying pls don't hit a pole. Out of nowhere my car was lifted into the side of a field ravine. It was a miracule. The tow company and even the farmers on the road couldn't make sense of how the tire marks just stopped. It isn't hit a pile of snow and flew out. It was just lifted. It was the holy spirit or my guardian angel. Should of been dead. I didn't panic, just kept saying softly pls don't hit a pole. I'm forever grateful to God and this miracle.

I visited her incorupt body in Rome in 1991. But I didn't really know that much about who she was at the time. It's only been in more recent years that I have learned more about who she was.
I came upon the book of her life when I was in my 30’s. The book was in my mother’s library of religious books. I’m 61 now. I was mother to 4 then and went on to have 7 children. I read the book several times to learn from her of being a good mother and wife. I too do not understand why she is not well known. I find it a blessing to have come upon her when I did. Thank you for sharing your discovery of her . God has blessed us with so many great saints of all walks of life. 🥰

I was baptized and confirmed Catholic in Mexico one week after birth. All my realtives were Catholic. In my adulthood, I saw my parents and my 5 siblings leave the Catholic Church. It was a horrible experience as a practicing Catholic. God allowed the suffering as personal chastisement because I had to detach from sin and embrace the cross. God corrects those he loves. God loves me deeply. I am greatful to God for calling me to the Catholic faith and for the grace to be faithful and to love mother Mary. Praise God!
We need to WAKE up! We need to repent, pray more and offer sacrifices. God will chastise the world with greater severity than he did in WWI and WWII.

My daughter when going to Nursing School, was hit by a car in snowy weather. Totaled her car and sent to hospital. One year later, she was being prompted to take a different route. She ignored the voice and was hit by a vehicle, same exact spot previously hit. 🥹. She learned her lesson. Her car was totaled and she was also sent to the hospital same as last time. I believe it was her guardian angel

I read her life story 32 years ago during a time of great trial and uncertainty in my life. It was a tremendous comfort and inspiration. She was persecuted by the Church. Often her parish priest would withhold the Blessed Sacrament, if memory serves. An appropriate read for today.

I had read a book about Anna Maria Taigi. The reason why she is not known is probably because her gift is so unusual. It's strange that such a woman is not considered a saint yet, same as Luisa Piccarreta, and many more special saintly people.
I had a professor who invoked her before every class, but until now I never knew any details of her life. Many thanks.

I heard about blessed Ana Maria Taigi a few years ago when a Religious Brother gave me a medal of Blessed Ana Maria. He suggested I pray to her since we have the same name. Since then I always invoke her name in my prayers, together with St. Anne , St. Joachim and St. JOSEPH.

I was visiting the National Shrine of Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, MA last week with my sister and Father Chris drove by in a golf cart. By the time I realized that it was him, all I could do was say to her, "that's the famous Fr. Chris from EWTN"!! He is an absolute treasure, isn't he? Ken, I love your series on Blessed Anna Maria Taigi. Will there be more after this 5th of the series? Can you please share (if you know) anything more why she is still "Blessed". Can't find too much info from the Trinitarians. Puzzling she is not a saint yet. In my heart, she is...... I was introduced to her in 2001 when I bought her book on a pilgrimage to Ireland. She is beautiful.....
Not sure how many more I’ll do. I have an idea for at least one more but not sure if we will do it for next week. .. but Janelle just bought me another book on her life … once I start reading it, who knows what will happen 🤷♂️.

Some bishops have become quite lukewarm about apparitions and prophesies of mystics, even the apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary that have been declared miracles by the Vatican. When asked,”Must I feel obliged to pray the rosary daily or offer the first Saturday devotionals as OurLady had requested each month at Fatima and at other apparitions?” Our bishop replied, apparitions are not part of the ‘Deposit of Faiths’”. I’d prefer that he would have responded, “Why not do as Our Mother requests of us as it would please Her Son, Jesus.”
Vatican II has messed up everything and that was its intention. The Church has been infiltrated. The Mass of all Time is what Catholics should be attending, if you have one that you can attend. I grew up with the Novus Ordo Mass and when I saw the Traditional Mass for the first time, I thought I was in Heaven.

And if she has even an optional memorial Mass associated with her on the liturgical calendar, a whole lot more people will learn of her and want to study more about her life and how her life is impactful for our times!

Deuteronomy 18 tells us to beware of spiritual curiosity, of over-interest about the future because it can lead to the sin of divination, to an obsession about what is to come instead of trusting in God alone. Clearly, as she looked into the "sun" , which is THE biblical sign of the Divine Will, she knew not to play games with the gift, not to seek vain knowledge (the Fall into Original Sin is indeed just this very one !) of the Will of God for any selfish reasons either. This saint is very popular in traditional catholic circles, I've been hearing about her prophesies for quite some time, several years. She is a wife, mother, and mystic. She would be doing normal things a wife would do at home and get interrupted by Cardinals and Bishops, But she would take care of her domestic duties prior to entertaining the Church officials, as it was her "duty of the moment", But, the title indicates that she predicted a chastisement to Rome, but I don't recall you mentioning this in your video.
