I made it! Whitney, you are incredible and a beautiful inspiration! May God bless you 10 fold!! What you and Marvin just told/taught us is priceless information - thank you both so much! 🙌🏾
I appreciate the details you gave us about banking. Thank you for having the young man speak. Oh by the way, thank you for telling us about your blogging journey. You are an inspiration.
Good interview. I recommend this book: “Money. Wealth. Life Insurance. How the Wealthy Use Life Insurance as a Tax-Free Personal Bank to Supercharge Their Savings.” By Jake Thompson. Walt Disney borrowed against his cash value from his Life Insurance policy to start Disneyland.
This is not all correct. He never addressed paying the premiums. He never addressed what happens of his property doesn't generate revenue. Then he didn't address the Interest that the life insurance charges you when you borrow against it and the fact that you can't borrow against anything but the money you have accrued in excess of the benefit you can never borrow into the benefit amount. Done all of this and thus dude while sounding smart isn't laying it all out correctly at all. Call your local life insurance broker and see 2 things. 1, it Is significantly harder to get cash value permant insurance now and 2 the interest they charge on all borrowing is not small or insignificant. This is a dream piece that doesn't encompass reality like someone trashing his house or car and he does a LOT of borrowing. As we all know not all debt is good. Borrow borrow borrow and put his borrowed money into a high risk play. This is not the way.
Such BS that this infinite banking crap is still being perpetuated to people. Overfund your policy for the lowest face amount benefits no one but the life insurance agent who makes $ off that in commissions. This all sounds good, but it is bad on a lot of levels. Shame on those who are keeping it going.
Marvin Mitchell did a short video on a lengthy topic. Yes, he did not talk about the premium. He also said it has to be properly structure. Your money is not growing in the bank. How much interest are you earning on a saving account in the bank? Read this book: “Money. Wealth. Life Insurance. How the Wealth Use Life Insurance as a Tax-Free Personal Bank to Supercharge Their Savings” by Jake Thompson It’s an easy read book. Only 61 pages.
I have been watching you since you started...THE GROWTH!!!!!!!!!!! I knew was inevitable....YOU SHARED SO MUCH...GAVE US SO MUCH....CONTINUED ABUNDANCE BEAUTIFUL QUEEN TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY...THANK YOU
I MADE IT!!! Early 2022 I had attempted to integrate a life insurance policy and got off track. This video was a good reality check ✅ 😲 I gotta get back on track. I was on the path and didn't even realize it. Much obliged & blessed be ✨💜💛💚✨
I made it Whitney and even watched it again lol I am interested to know what is the best policies to look for to do this. I would love a part two or maybe something else with Marvin with intro into stocks.
I made it! I'm new to your pod and I admit I'm a saver, but like everyone else I wanted more; just I don't know how do do. Now that I discover your site I'll watch, listen and try your techniques. MANY THANKS FOR THE KNOWLEDGE❗❗😁😁
I've been a subscriber of yours for sometime now one of the best things I've done. This video was so informative 👏. Wow. I didn't see that coming. I can't believe what he just taught me. Thanks so much Whitney 🙏 💓

I am not sure if I understood the whole process. So I purchase a life insurance policy and then borrow against it and it doesn't depreciate? then I use the money I borrow from the policy to purchase Real estate? Real estate is risky investment is not for everyone. Basically a half a million policy stays at half a million even thought you borrow 100 thousand? I did not know I could borrow against a life insurance policy. one last thing, a rich person never tells you their secret to wealth unless there is a reward for them at your expense!
@@shereetaylor232 so if i purchase a 500 thousand life insurance policy and have 50 thousand in equity I can borrow from that 50 thousand? The policy remains at 500 thousand even if borrowed 20 thousand from the 50 thousand? I am sure there is a catch! Insurance company is not going to let me take out their money (equity) for free. Thank you Sheree! Remember there is never a such thing as free advice when it comes to finances. Everyone that talks about how to make money for others is making money for themselves,
I made it love it, Whitney. I want to ask a question I borrow from my whole life insurance policy, and they told me I had to pay the interest back on the money I borrowed, and I did not understand that, Whitney is that true? you have to pay the interest on that money every year until you pay all of it back.
Yeah, they do charge interest. It’s usually lower than traditional banks, the main advantage is that your money gets to keep growing while you borrow against it.
Thank you, love this video! Clear, informative and added value. I'll definitely set up a consultation call. I don't have $100K yet, but wonder how much can I start with in an a policy?
Brad you will have to check with your Life Insurance Agent. I recommend this book: “Money. Wealth. Life Insurance. How the wealthy Use Life Insurance as a Tax-Free Personal Bank to Supercharge Their Savings” By Jake Thompson It’s an easy read. Only 61 pages.
It was between those two for me, but at the time Capital One seemed more secure because it had actual branches (offices) Ally was completely online I believe. Right now Capital one is 3% and I love them
I just found your content and this video. I reached out and made an appointment to speak with one of Marvin's associates. The associate Jovitt Michael Reserva did not call me at the scheduled time. I called the number that my Calendly reminder gave me but only got a recording. Is this a legit business??? I am from the US but I have been traveling on the continent of Afrika; perhaps that was the issue?
@@WhitneyBonds, no I didn't think of that. Jovit reached out to me a little while ago via email and said that they don't work with non-US residents. I am a US resident; I live in Arizona but I am in Afrika working on an investment opportunity. I think the issue was that he was not able to contact me at the number I provided because it was a non-US number. His response in the email makes me think that he assumes that I am not an American citizen but I am.
@@WhitneyBonds, I appreciate your quick response. Marvin may want to add to his presentation that if someone is traveling abroad, they may want to wait to reach out to him and his team when they get back to the States.

You borrow the cash value you paid into and that accrued. Now soke banks can use it as collateral but you gotta find out the details.
