If he knows Samantha will win, he can focus on other work.
I don't think so samantha did make a agreement with Mike their with be any cheating he did that with harvey so samantha did nothing wrong and Mike brought that to himself he was so focused on harvey that he forgot about samantha because if he did he with be aware but he did not that why he lost I'm defending samantha but Mike made have grow but this is a lesson never overlook someone.
ive watched suits 5 times over and in my opinion Donna was at fault for most of the storylines that were created for that last few seasons. Donna telling Samantha to deal with Mike lead to her being irrational and it made her fabricate the lawsuit. its ashame this was the main plot for the final season. would’ve like to see mike vs harvey final case winner goes to seattle or new york. that would’ve been a better closing than what we got with Faye vs the firm

In the real world, if someone serves time for fraudulently practicing law without licence he stays far away from the legal profession. The showrunners ruined this series in the later seasons.
