i'll give the rundown on my verse here rq bc i fw the reactions 🔥
rawchris ended by "beat a nigga ass in a two piece suit" so my open is "suit yourself, who you beatin you just being ass" (i did a lot of light sparring with the other round 2 people since it is a fighting game cypher tho nothing serious ofc)
"badguy appears" is a reference to the MC of Guilty Gear Sol Badguy who in the newer game strive was notorious for being able to grab the opponent from across the screen
faust is a character in GG who's a doctor/serial killer and has always worn a paper bag over his head
bedman aka romeo is another character who is perpetually sleeping
made the ref to fxreverlxst's line of got a killer instinct and made the guilty gear play the same way
then referenced lazzlo's top spot line calling that my chair
totsugeki is a move used by May, another character where she summons a dolphin and rushes at people(was known to be extremely busted in the early days of strive)
the chip line is a fun setup bc Chip is also a character in GG who has notoriously low health, so "chip his health just a hair"
but like you said chip is also damage on block, which ties back to the totsugeki line which did a considerable amount of chip on block(and was plus iirc) so "totsugeki metal wet him up chip his health"
then raggin on ragna/a c tier protag being a reference to the blazblue verse from draine earlier using a bit of the rhyme scheme they used
zato to ya eddie is a ref to the character zato-1 from GG who has a living shadow named eddie
jack'o and dizzy are some lady characters ofc
"elphelt this round to ya chest let it sang", elphelt is a character (hadnt made it to strive until a bit after this released btw) who uses various guns and for her ult in GGXR2 she would pull a sniper round out of her bosom
"had to ram her started sinning" elphelt's sister is Ramlethal, shortened to ram, and Ram's main love interest is Sin Kiske, thus the sinning
"got my meat up on her brain" plays off all three of the last mentioned since elphelt is in search of her fairytale romance partner, Ramlethal's biggest quirk is probably her love of hamburgers, and Sin Kiske is a voracious eater who mainly consumes meat
and smell of the game is the main theme for GG strive, well regarded as some of the best FGC music we have
