That's why i dropped Blue stacks. i was having the same issue. i now use LD. sometimes I do have to uninstall and then re- install as the same issue pops up, but at least its fixable.
I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it fixed it. I should've probably just done that from the beginning, but I was on a time crunch to do it and didn't want to spend a ton of time trying to fix it. Jokes on me cause uninstalling and reinstalling took all of 2 minutes.
i don't understand that why in the portal has showing me that i have login more than 1 device but i have my account on one device only whenever i open the game on portal

That one I don't have an answer for, but the portal is funky a lot of the time.
What happened? Are you fired of your factiton?
It was Bluestacks being broken, but I fixed it.
