Minute 6:09, that's the sign of the piano key (we call it "signo de la tecla", in spanish). That tells you got an acromioclavicular dislocation and posible damage of the acromioclavicular ligament. You need to go to a hospital to immovilize that shoulder (at least) and check if you need further treatment because you can take conservative treatment or even surgery.

I scoped out the roof drop this weekend and it is way gnarlier than it looks here. Solid 4 foot drop. Doing it fixed is absolutely insane.
6:08 that's dislocated collar bone, happened to me too when I crashed with my bike on the street. Will be like that forever, though less sticking out, unless he undergoes surgery, I did not, because without intrusive surgery for life doctors can do nothing, it sometimes mildly hurts at certain arm angle movement, nothing serious, lol. Once you dislocated it out of shoulder disc like you see here it can not be attached to it again like it was, intrusive surgery is needed, either to cut bone shorter to not feel that mild pain at certain arm angle I've mentioned, because it rubs against your shoulder or to attached it with some "medical" zip ties or something like that and it remains in you forever.

I got a grade 3 ac joint separation on left shoulder in May hitting a smart car at 25 mph on Houston. The amount of healing in the first couple weeks was crazy. I was barely able to get on and off my couch the first few days but was back on my bike again I think 12 restless days later. Bump noticeably sticks out still even with a shirt on but dealing with that would mean another recovery from the surgery. Rest up Crop Top and hopefully it’ll heal even faster

Suffered a similar injury late September after hitting a rock riding one-handed doing 15mph or so. The result was an AC separation (grade 2) and a very miserable 4-5 weeks in a sling. That fun little 'lump' on the shoulder looks like it'll be permanent, but my mobility is nearly back to 100%. Surgery wasn't even something discussed with me, but as another commenter noted, I wouldn't even consider it without giving the shoulder plenty of time to heal on its own. Here I am about two months later and am only now becoming super confident about the recovery, only in the last two weeks or so would I have considered riding again.

Fixed gear trailriding is something that doesn't make sense to me. If you want to go off-road, go for long, wide gravel trails in a rather flat environment. This is where fixed gear really provides an advantage...
