These old beats still sound better than what's out in 2020. That shows you the difference between a run of the mill beat maker and Mannie Fresh the producer. Mistikal has that voice and energy!. Ashamed that this collab didn't happen. As a fan, I don't understand why it's not that simple!. I wish all dope artists and producers were independent. Shouldn't have to deal with labels blocking. He ended up using that Carl Thomas beat for Dee-1. Song is called "the 1 that got away", or something similar to that. Either way, beat is still fire and Manny is in on the track and in the video.
