Very impressive, but for the overlander built I think it is an overkill and I'm talking from my experience. Your secondary power setup is good for larger expedition vehicles. You could achieve pretty much the same with AIO boxes (Bluetti, or Ecoflow, etc.) and save tons of money... and space. I had pretty much same setup on my 4x4 van build, and was flawless. However, my next build was LC150 and by using AIO power station I had achieved pretty much same functionality in very tiny (but ventilated) space. Instead of hardwiring all sockets to the power distro box, I just terminated all cables with plugs that plug in to the power station. This gave me an option to easily remove my power source to take it home during very cold nights or to use somewhere else where I need ac/dc. Also, don't you think your alloy structural tubing is too thick for the application? They seem to be 50mm... Do you really carry that much load in your drawers that you need it to be that strong? I had used 20 and 30mm extrusion profiles for framing and with the top module removed I can use it as a sleeping bed for me and my wife. That's about 150kg of moving weight and this thing remains very solid. I see you have removed second seat row, so I guess this extra 40mm that you could gain wouldn't make any difference for you. I have two kids, so this extra space is priceless :)
