Hey Jeff and Jo!!! Hello from the The Bronx and currently living in West Palm Beach. I am loving that your dishes. I like they are inspired and taught from La Isla. I am enjoying how you simplify preparing the dishes with ease. Can you show Pollo/Carne Guisada; Limbe de Coco; Pastalitos de Coco; Black Rice w/squid; Chicken wings con Guava; Arroz con Dulce; Vegetable dishes and Cucifritos!!!! Best of Luck with your New Channel!!! Besos, latindol!!! ; )
@@EthylRadykle Fair enough. I think the wings have a lot more fat and callogen, which really helps strengthen the broth. That said, if you'd prefer big chunks of white meat, then breast is definitely the way to go.
@@JeffandJosPuertoRicanKitchen Hey, whatever tickles your pickle, also the breast should be cut into small pieces (cubed) not big chunks. In any case your sopon looked delicious. Perhaps I'll try this recipe in the very near future.
Yes. Jeff delicious. And please remember the sides you can eat this with..Like some delicious bread with garlic or a dish of white rice. My Dad loves to eat this with a side of " vianda" Ñame, guineo yautia and malanga 😁 Lol 😉 Yum! Thanks for sharing.

@@JeffandJosPuertoRicanKitchen was just questioning the chicken wings in the sopon, chicken breast yes, never wings.
