I’m buying a new case specifically for Roatan. Unbelievable reef! My last case started leaking and I tossed it. West Bay is amazing, and just 100 yards offshore it’s right there.
The only concern I’ve heard about DiveVolk case is the buttons on the phone (touch screen, that is) sometimes don’t operate once you’re underwater. Not everyone brings that up, though.
It worked well enough, not absolutely perfect in terms of the zoom in / out on the fly but for the cost and video quality Id say it is definitely livable! Roatan is amazing. Your absolutely right the proximity to shore is incredible
Just bought the DiveVolk 4 for my snorkeling trip. I didn't buy the extra filters; I think that getting used to using this will be enough for me -- never done any underwater photography up till now. Any tips for using the barebones version with iPhone 15?
My best advice is to get a dive video editor for the iphone (all of your footage will look "blue") there are some really good options out there, I have not kept up to date on them unfortunately. They will make your footage look like you remember seeing it underwater though!
It is! Got some great footage in Roatan! No problems on any of the dives down to around 100Ft. The one thing thats a necessity is a white balance tool for the iphone to really appreciate the quality.
Great short video. Short but you said it all. Perfect. thank you

It looks like you used the wrong phone holder. The phone is too loose in the housing.
