    I used that same visualization practice when trying to broad jump 10 feet, funny enough. It really does work, though I wish I could say the visualization was all it took

    Excellent every form of fighting all the man makes the art be ready at all times vision hearing as one read the enemy strike from every position in be prepared for every scenario no fearing death cause you're not afraid to live life in this wonderful game of fighting always look for the obvious opening and always exploit that weakness when one relies too much on site and in a standing position adapt to every system of fighting to be sharp & superior not some dumb boxer or ridiculous wrestler or some Sideshow carnival cage clown act the world of fighting to be Sharp ruthless merciless cunning with the sole intent of putting the enemy down for good with no hesitation No remorse no restraint enemy doesn't play by the rules nor should the man who is right in his heart who is protecting and defending what is his brilliant
