    This is probably one of the best streams till date. Something very important. I'm still watching it but honestly , Jab sahi mei mental health ki dikkat aati hai toh Gaand fatt ke hath mei aajati hai. Uss situation mei you have no idea what to do or how to get out of it. Logo ne hauuaa bana rakha hai. I've become very anti social media just to preserve my mental health. Sure , Instagram can be used in ways where it works for you but it only drains me. Better off without it. The time can be used on working towards better goals and working on yourself. And taking care of your own self. Introspect. Keep grinding Sher Gang 💪

    Bhai I'm really glad aapne yeh point put out kara, sach mei log depression aur sadness ko ek negative sense mei glorify kar rhi h, kuch productive karte nahi h aur bas circumstances ko gaaliyan dete rehte h, kahin na kahin lagta h ek sense of gratitude nahi h unn cheezon ko leke jo moment mei h. Mai bas zindagi mei ek baar bilkul toota tha(though I'm just 19) aur uss time kuch karne ka mann nahi karta, sab blank ho jaata h, existential thoughts aate h, lagta h saari personality hi melt ho rahi ho, ajeeb si darkness hoti h. I can surely tell jab sachmei kuch galat hota h tum uske baare mei jagah jagah brag nahi karte, aapne bilkul khaas logon se baat karte ho, khud ko time dene lagte ho, na ki bas instagram ke server bharte rehte ho.

    First of all i really hope prakhar you're doing alright both physically and mentally and thanks for speaking out in such depth on mentally health. I don't truely understand depression but there was a time my mind would not focus on anything else and just cry out non stop for no reason. I dont know if at some degree its a sign of being depressed but maybe that could be heavy influenced with kind of toxic relationship i had with my ex. I think its the nature of life that puts you through shit no matter how financially fit you are but most of my problems come from people around me. I have sort of isolated myself deep in my studies so currently pursuing CA (inter now) and just focusing on my studies is making sure that I'm spending every min thats compounding in terms of value adding to my life . At some extend this automatically allows me to control and analyse how far better my life is currently than associating myself with people and trying hard to outpour my social skills to impress and please people. To some extent i get shit from my family (fights), business problems but i guess not everything is in our hand to control thats the absolute nature of life and i think the only wise thing we can do is take minimise the risk of us falling into places where we surely know we'll end up getting fucked. I think Its all about choices you make that could end you up either doing you good or bad. But really thanks for this wake up call i remember sandeep mashwari posting about him being depressed too (i hope he gets well too)... I hope everyone who really is going through such things finds this video ❤
    Ps- i suggest, inter alia, dont overstress over things you see being sold at audience esp if thats being done on social media because thats haw they create chaos. Thats how social media algorithms work to attract chaos thats why we see so much uncalled drama happening there so that everyone gets their opinion on things put upfront and created more chaotic engagement. Today its mental health meme tomorrow it could be anything else. How you choose to react is how you invite chaos , so let them do what they do but you do you.

    Hello prakhar. I was watching this video while having anxiety and this video truely hit me. i really thank you for speaking out and the way you started defining anxiety is literally so spot on! I could absolutely relate to everything every line and word you ranted and outspoke that felt like a therapy. I felt much better after watching this and i really hope you keep posting more of this stuff. I remember suffering covid anxiety which was my peak that later altered into physical problems (acid reflux) and i really wish i had your shoulder back then because there was a time everything was so happening around me, people in my family constantly dying and my dad getting covid and my mom doing everything in her capacity to hold three of us has turned me into a alpha female ( whatever you call that). Its like lm training myself everyday to be ready to be thrown at a situation like this again and already thinking ways to protect my future kids just like any masculine urge would. Sometime i feel im more masculine than femine but situations like these have its own benefits. It took me 6 months to completely recover from that anxiety. So i think i feel you when you truly went through the shit life threw at you and im so glad you came back strong. I do remember that stream. I was there. And you facing camera is facing anxiety right its face and yet coming out strong is so commendable. Thanks for speaking out on this stream. Please release more such W from your vault and i hope there might be some dedicated for women too in the future. We need more awareness on some serious mental health issues and youve done addressing it the best ❤

    45:11 I don't know how to exactly word it, but that sentence is true. Suicide is not worth it. I don't know how you are feeling but play the game long enough and you will get better at handling the pain. And so far, ability to handle the pain/fortitude (mental and maybe, physical) is the only thing that needs to be a top priority.

    I dont know wat i have, neither is the casualty clear, its not depression but i started to find it difficult to comprehend culture. Ofc being in India I do face these cross cultural stuff but the wierd part is i stopped comprehending it. Today i can say that whatever this existential shit is , had affected me to a pretty severe degree. I've not felt at home since years. And i think I've learned to live with it and i will be able to deal with it in the long term .

      Yes what helped me is to fix diet (Vitamin D3 deficiency causes depression), sleep timings and quantity, and exercise. Also get a therapist to discuss where your life is not matching your soul.

    When you face depression and you truly wasnt to find solution instead of scrolling on social media which is for temp entertainment. First and foremost
    1. Just accept the battle(depression) as it is. Be a man, Dont run away. Lets put your capacity and results into trash for a moment.
    2. Stop overthinking on whats happening with you or how you feel. Don't even think of how to get rid of this situation.
    3. Be calm. Once your mind is silent, surrender yourself to the universe or to god or deity if you believe. Dont question anything.
    Once you mind starts moving from (restless thoughts, questions and feelings in mind) to silence zone. Its good sign that you are out of chaos(I know the problem is unaddressed yet but dont prioritize now)
    4. As Prakhar said start doing exerciss ( Dont set high standards or expectations). Do it everyday and dont break the routine even if you 10 mins, perfectly fine. (You are not going in wrestling but making body to support your mental health).
    5. Eat healthy.
    6. Stop watching P*®n or reels bcz this is true time killer. ( Best way to disable chrome snd social media in your phone)
    7. Everyday in the morning do what motivates you or listen.(For me I chant some mantras which makes me feel peaceful and gives good Vibes).
    ... Now sit properly and question yourself whats really bothering you and whats the gap that's causing sobering. Devide it and answer
    8. Write down all answers(its ok not all answers should be accurate) and start planning how to act upon them or practice in day today's life.
    9. Continue doing it. Follow desciplne and eventually you will see notice growth snd relaxation in your mind.
    10. Beleive in yourself and work towards it, may take some months dont lose hope (Your goal is just to come out of f*cK!NG monster, thats all). 11. Once you defeat it, now start working towards actual goals that you want to seek in your life. Now conquered real mental desease depression.
    .... I put this summary from my personal exp. It may help you to some extent whoever is going through mental problems(If serious, advisable to Dr consultation).

    Depression is not a one night stand men, it's a typical wiring of multiple incidents with suppressed emotions, which act like passive volcano....and on the dooms day volcano eruption took place and wipe out your mental resilience..
    People who are HSP, more prone to depression or mental health issues....All Shayar and famous artist are deeply depressed once in their life......
    We must learn or teach to express emotions in right way, not everyone born and bought up with same mindset. You must attack on mindset.
    We can't change it mere through aggression but education, right education at right time😊

    Jitne log sun rahe hain jo abhi depression aur anxiety se guzar rahe hain and now they feel relieved, likh k deta hoon from 1 week to 1 month mein you'll be back in the loop, agar videos dekh kar anxiety aur depression khatam hona hota to kab ka ho chuka hota, only you can address what's going on deeply and analyse it and find the real cause and a solution, just take a pen and a paper and go with this mindset that I'm gonna solve it, what mistakes do I really make, what patterns do I follow? Why do i always fall back in this pit and there's a good possibility you'll find answer
    Another important thing - Most of you rely on feeling!! It's never about feeling but realization, feelings are unreliable

    i wasted a year doing nothing and once while smoking with friend (who got job after collage and i don't ) gives me super Anxiety and since then i got my purpose (short term purpose to at least start working and stop idle around) and Procrastination left my body. i fail after some days . but keep trying since than. my body still shiver remember that moment.

    Mostly physiological effects baad main hota hai phle psychological disorder hota hai . If you don't know about something in detail about such sensitive topic ,you should research properly.
    And there is not one cause of depression, every person has huge patterns which contribute in depression.
    Person can't change it on his own until he himself studies CBT and Psychology of mind .
    Or He can contact experienced CBT therapist
