Hi Venkatesh Venky, thank you for asking such a good question. The answer is half yes and half no. Because it is purely depends on your employer. I would suggest you to have a conversation with your employer during the negotiation time. And it also depends on if you have prior experience in data science then the chances of moving to the data science team will be more.
