I like these tips. There are some that I haven’t thought about before. One thing I would add to your list would be rafters or something on the underside of the roof. When you’re inside, it adds that realism to help the build pop.
overhang roofing is really nice, can protect your stairs and porch from rain damage, there's a much easier way to put in an overhang than framing it, just put in roof pieces like you normally would, then just add the overhang to the outlying slants like you were building a slightly longer house
I like playing with lighting sources too. Not just that standard fire, torches, sconces, etc., but the purple dragon eggs make lovely purple lighting. The yellow glow shrooms can make nice side table lamps. Sometimes I like to do a stone foundation which allows me to double walls and if you stick a torch between the walls and use a crystal window, you can get lighting that way. It's always fun to use things outside of the box 😊💜
“HEY GUYS” first of all I love funko pops second of all erik the electric is the founding Titan and Baki will win in the war against overwatch meta. So do you watch flats? Do you okay DBD?
About a week into playing the glorious pain-trudge of Valheim, and really diggin' and appreciating your build videos, Riggs! Love your energy, narrative style, and clean way you present it ... Plus the ideas and builds are terrific. Thanks mate! Cheers and keep on truckin'!

That's a great tip! I think I will look at doing a video on interior tips and I'll incorporate the rafters if you don't mind!
I'm coming back to Valheim after being away for a very long time. Thanks for the inspiration and tips!
I'm glad they helped!

Good ideas! I might have to put together a video with lighting tips one day. Maybe I will use some of these if you don't have a problem with it!
@@quicksandriggs By all means, use away! Also, cool "throne room" look, placing a hearth on either side and putting a dragon's egg in them.
As for the stone floors, we do have a third option, phasing two plates into each other so that we get a stone plate that looks 1,5 it's original size.
That’s a good idea!
This is very helpful to make my box look less boxy
nice tips, thanx, men.
For sure!

Thank you!
