The NATO hymn has a lovely sort of triumphal vibe. Like a victory parade after battle against evil. The march of the many allies that stood and fought in the defense of their collective peoples.
it has the vibe of a ruined city reduced to rubble, after a long and hard struggle to defeat the enemy, but victory and liberation finally arrived, as soldiers and civilians are now rebuilding, giving supplies to those in need, and hoping to look for a better future

As an American and New Yorker I grew up in the shadows of the twin towers and my dad, an immigrant from Ireland, worked on the construction of those towers so I was deeply touched when NATO invoked article 5 for the first time and only time so far in its 70 year history. I am also a dual US/EU citizen and strong supporter of NATO, US and EU. Long live NATO, Slava Ukraine and welcome Finland and Sweden to the family. I support Ukraine joining NATO.
Can you go close to the border if you are in poland something like 300 m away from belarus border ( stay safe and out of danger ) then use huge speaker and play this glorious song if there is a belarusian village close on the other side of the border
Im sorry who ignored NATO warnings? Who refused to withdraw from bosnia and Kosovo? Who refused pretty much every single mediation by the UN? Hint: it starts with Y and ends with ugoslavia.
In the year 2030, geopolitical tensions simmering for decades reach a boiling point. India, having emerged as a global economic powerhouse, faces enormous pressure from an increasingly assertive China. With its borders contested and regional alliances shifting, India seeks to assert its dominance on the world stage. The Catalyst The tipping point comes when a series of cyberattacks attributed to Chinese operatives cripple India’s critical infrastructure. In response, India forms a strategic alliance with Russia, promising mutual military support. Meanwhile, the United States and European nations, wary of Russia's ambitions and China's influence, increase their military presence in the Indo-Pacific region. The Outbreak of War In early 2031, a border skirmish between Indian and Chinese troops escalates dramatically. Amidst the chaos, India makes a bold decision to launch a preemptive strike, targeting not only Chinese military installations but also those of their allies in the region, including a significant strike on US naval bases in the Indian Ocean. The Attack on Europe and the United States As a diversion, India initiates a coordinated attack against NATO forces in Europe, capitalizing on their preoccupation with the conflict in the East. Utilizing advanced drone technology, India executes precision strikes on key military installations across Europe, including airbases and supply depots. Simultaneously, Indian naval forces engage in aggressive maneuvers in the Atlantic, targeting American aircraft carriers and disrupting trade routes. The element of surprise allows India to gain early victories, creating a wave of panic across Europe and the US. Global Response The immediate response from the United States and NATO is swift, rallying to defend their territories and allies. A massive mobilization of troops and resources begins, with European nations calling for emergency meetings to strategize their counteroffensive. China, seeing an opportunity to further its own agenda, offers covert support to India, supplying advanced technology and intelligence. This unexpected alliance complicates the global response, creating a multifront conflict that stretches military resources thin. The Turning Point As the war escalates, both sides suffer heavy casualties. The conflict reaches a turning point when India, emboldened by early successes, attempts to launch a full-scale invasion of European territories. However, the combined forces of NATO, bolstered by reinforcements from the United States, begin to push back. In the midst of the chaos, civil unrest erupts in India as citizens question the government's decisions. Anti-war protests grow, and dissent begins to fracture the unity of the Indian political landscape. Resolution After months of intense warfare, a stalemate is reached. Exhausted by the prolonged conflict and facing internal pressures, India and its allies are compelled to negotiate a ceasefire. The resulting peace talks, held in a neutral location, pave the way for a new geopolitical landscape. Countries worldwide recognize the need for a new era of diplomacy, leading to the establishment of a Global Peace Coalition aimed at preventing future conflicts. The war, while devastating, serves as a harsh reminder of the fragility of international relations and the necessity for dialogue in an increasingly interconnected world.
No offense, but are you Indian lol? That is because this is a dream scenario based in literally no reality. If India is ever to become any sort of "economic powerhouse", it will be in the same vein as China - a large manufacturing economy that is effectively dependent on Western consumer markets and in which does not provide a great trickle down of wealth to the general population, as the whole model is based effectively on exploiting a vast, impoverished population for little pay or development, particularly as India does not have a large government control of the economy as China does. India right now does have a relatively large economy, however its populace is also the largest in the world. India's largely a paper tiger, because I really do believe it will face more difficulties in holding itself together and developing itself as a nation before it can ever think of any external power projection. Particularly as most Indians live below the poverty line, the social structure of India prohibits development and there is deep socieconomic inequality. Just to remind you, the PRC peaked economically and politically in 2019. People who believed China would be able to compete with the West where proven wrong, because they don't understand the fundamental fact that the PRC is dependent on Western markets which makes War or real bad relations with the West impossible. Even without War with the West, China has already begun its decline which will accelerate as we enter the mid to late 2020s. China is about to face a demographic collapse as well as economic collapse, as the Chinese housing and development bubble is teetering on the edge and already plenty of small to medium sized Chinese banks are going bust. Not only do I doubt India will ever be able to reach either the economic or political power that China had in the late 2010s, but if it miraculously did then it would simply face the same fate as China is facing now, and this would not be the 2030s but more likely the 2050s or 2060s, on which by then I would imagine Western innovation in the fields of AI and Automation likely will wipe out the need for Western consumer culture to be dependent on the exploitation of poorer populaces for manufacturing.
