We break cvs and drive shafts fairly often, but the transfer case is definitely not a good one! But we’ve learnt how to rebuild them 😁 I made the rear bar, we needed something higher and tougher than the plastic which gets caught up and pulled off all the time!
The 3.8 has a cracked manifold, common problem on the petrol 6g’s. As for the black, the transfer case input shaft broke. That’s been fixed already and we went back to BDV 4x4 Park again to test.
shame about the shafts..... Off topic but is that the factory rear bar on your Pajero? Or aftermarket?
