Get a max level house for the money gifts and money trees that spawn like every 5 - 10 minutes on it and chop down gifts and trees at the barb village while being a council or guard to vote for the extra money or doctor to stop paying taxes, Being a landlord while doing this is the fastest moneymaker in a full server but you will probably die as a landlord

they cant, they can only kill barbarians unless they buy the sword that anyone can buy
