Interesting that Rory says here he plays his way through issues. I struggle with practicing when it isn’t in a round of golf because I can’t recreate the pressure or maintain the level of focus I need to, thinking more chipping by saying this

I think Rory should shut his mouth, get away from the cameras, and attempt to be the best golfer instead of acting like the best golfer while his game is falling apart.
not too far off the truth there tbh...I just think he is taking on too much, being on the board, speaking for the tour...its not his job to do but he does and it stresses him and takes more time than it should
@Harrison Gwin Sad to see, it's a shame he took it all so personal. His game was trash for years. No majors in 8 years. Pulled out of a tourney with the yips then blamed it on a wisdom tooth to keep his tour card. Honestly, his last 3 years of golf come no where near making up for his failed attempt at being "the next tiger" he couldn't handle that pressure then, and he drank the Monahan kool-aid and just royally screwed his game up again. Scottie, Rahm, Brooks, Cam Smith, and anyone who has 5 majors will end their career with more than Rory. Wasted talent. Spieth never had the game to live up to the tiger hype. Rory did.
Brandel here in this role is so much more bearable than hearing him pontificate from the analyst’s chair
