"I've already had a complaint about that". Richy, if someone is complaining about you saying the prices then they're just a miserable person looking for any reason to complain. You make the vlog the way you think it should be made and don't worry about those knuckleheads.

Good job that you never got caught short in that cave temple, you might have had to leave your calling card !,lol. nearest ive come to that was in chiang mai, dived into a travel information shop and thankfully there was a toilet,. phew,.. nice little town that, night mkt more attractive to me than the morning mkt, 2 different beasts,. commercial and casual, digs are very basic old school, cheers,.
Ha I was carrying toilet roll in my pocket in case of an emergency lol. The morning market was very basic, same same but different there was no ready to eat food not that I could eat it. The night market I liked but again really frustrating not being able to eat much.
It was a lovely relaxing town Mike and also very beautiful. The 70’s hotel was extremely cheap but had everything I needed so I thought why not. The room was ok, the Chinese owners not so much. Thanks mate

Great vlog Richy, I had a great somtam at that night market, there is a really nice temple that you get to from the foot of the mountain if you go that way tomorrow, plenty of steps to contend with.. on the plus side there is a bog at the foot of the stairs 😊loving yr enthusiasm for all things Thai, thanks for the shout out too 👍

Welcome back to Thailand! I enjoy the look and feel of Thailand and something about it is attractive to me, as opposed to Malaysia. So personally, I am happy you are back.
I think I would need to go vegetarian - I just don't think I could buy the non-refrigerated meats and seafood. I would have to cook it so much to be sure I guess.
2am for a morning market start - that's incredible for the locals. No wonder the streets are quiet, they've all gone back to sleep 😂
You shocked me a bit with the scorpion - I didn't realise they were around in Thailand. Oh well, the bigger their claws, the less venomous they are so hope they are easy going ones. Probably more risk from the local street dogs. But they didn't bark at you on the way out of the temple 🙄
That mountain peak looked amazing in the background with the sun going down, so I will look forward to that vlog next up.
Thanks Greg it’s great to be back. I think you need to build up a strong stomach with many of the street food stalls with the meats. The seafood is a big no no from stalls, I’ve always said that on the channel and the first time I do it, I fall victim. My own stupid fault.
The scorpions are common place on the insect stalls to buy and eat but I’ve never seen one alive that I can remember.
Richy you should’ve changed one word in a song to the 711 clerk and said I look all white but my dad was Thai.

I had food poisoning one time, it was salmonela poisoning, the doctor said to have just plain biscuits and dry toast with plenty of fluids, i used to get rehydration sachets from the pharmacy and mix them with drinks, hope you get over it soon mate, cheers.
Thanks Billy, it was a nightmare mate. I can’t ever remember feeling that bad, I was shaking that bad I could hardly hold a bottle of water to my mouth.
I tried a dry toast diet but it never worked. I’m fasting now on one meal a day to reset my gut, I get the electrolyte sachets and add them so I’m still getting my minerals. I feel great now but still got the runs.
I know how you feel, i lost one and a half stone in a week and could barely stand up, it needs to just pass through your system, certainly no good when traveling though.

@@thaibillyboy definitely mate, it’s being five days now and I’m still not right. I feel a hell of a lot better though, I was really worried. I nearly went to the hospital and I avoid them places like the plague

Those pesky soi dogs by the temple are reincarnations of old monks that didn’t want to leave the monastery, so I’ve been told❤

All south Thailand. Is good is just how government dealing with issue there is peaceful and peoples are more nicer then north
It is amazing the south, to be honest I find all Thai people wherever I go are extremely nice.
Hello Richy, I like your morning markets reviews. Great to see where to get good food to start the day. My comment yesterday was deleted. Just to remind you to download offline maps to your phone. GPS is free does not need internet access and you always know where you are in rural Thailand or on the trains. Keep up reporting about the stuff you show us. It is a niche and you do great there.

Rohngrian... you definitely wandered into a school. 😆 I'm learning to read Thai before I visit. Slow process, but when temples, mausoleums, and schools look similar out front I don't want to risk it. I'm not as personable as you hehe😅
🤣I definitely did Frank, I just seen the roof and followed my nose. There wasn’t many people there, those that were, were really nice so I thought it no harm. I do love meeting people and sometimes it happens in these situations😊

Thanks mate, it’s part and parcel of travelling I know but this time it was extremely rough. Onwards and upwards, I feel a lot better now.

You look tired it takes it out of you when youve got food poisoning, maybe pop to a chemist if your still feeling bad. Bland food plain biscuits and plenty of fluids i bet i sound like your mam lol. Loved the temples and the cave i could have cried when i saw the monkey tomatoe and apples they also eat when i go away i feed all the dogs and cats i hate to see animals go hungry. Loving the markets look forward to tomorrows vlog😊
