Jeff had several songs out, and then his career blew up internationally when he co-starred in the Thai BL drama KinnPorsche two years ago. He also wrote and preformed the love theme for the show which is called "Why Don't You Stay?" Again, this is one of the songs he wrote two versions for. The OST version is the Thai one from the show. Then there's the English 'Live' Concert video, which is from the KinnPorsche World Tour. (When Series are really popular in Asia, they sometimes get a tour). I always recommend that reactors react to both versions (why not back to back?) - OST and Live. They're different main instruments, different arrangements, different lyrics, but same emotion. Brilliant.
Definitely go down the Jeff Satur rabbit hole. He currently has a movie blowing up the international film circuit called The Paradise of Thorns. His OST song from it called Rain Wedding is killing the charts as well... (bring tissues).

Highly recommend you listen to Jeff's "Black Tie" song (costumes by Valentino - oh yeah, he's a model too... and a CEO of his own production company). Also his two songs "Ghost" and "Yellow Leaf". You MUST watch Ghost before Yellow Leaf because the music videos are a part 1 and 2 of the same story, even though the songs are very different.

Jeff literally does it all. I also recommend “Happy Ending” which will be his first series from his company, Studio on Saturn. Not only will he produce it, he stars in it, writing the music and the script. Expected release is 2025. But the pilot came out earlier this year and he definitely gives the “Joker” vibe. As a teaser he released part of the song first for Happy Ending. Although short, that song got stuck in my head. To check it out on YT please go to his company channel Studio on Saturn. BTW Dum Dum Unchained is in English. His MVs are beautifully cinematic and always tells a story. I am a SAT because he is genuinely an artist who sounds the same if not better live.

To see a completely different side of him, I would go to his newest release, Rain Wedding. It's from the soundtrack of his very first movie and is phenomenal. An absolute must for any new Jeff journey is Why Don't You Stay. It's the song that made him blow up. He wrote and performed it for a show called Kinnporsche, which is a Thai bl drama. The world tour version is the English version and the one most people go to. I would also recommend checking out the Unchained version of this one. It's the English version and is the better vocal imo. I love this version but the Unchained version is a more intense, rawer vocal. These are just my suggestions but you honestly can't go wrong. His first album just dropped, I think it was last month, and it has no skips.

Omg yes please listen to the unchained. When I say Jeff's vocals are even better live I'm being fr. It's so rare to find singers like that, but his vocals are smth else live. Jeff wrote this song sort of as a diss track when someone very close to him betrayed him (spoke bad about his family, spoke about his financial situation etc). He wrote the chorus when he was sitting down to play what he had written of the song so far to a few close friends and when it got to the chorus, which he hadn't written yet, he just sang "dum dum" to the chords he was playing instead of lyrics, and apparently it was magical and everyone said he should leave it that way.

Everyone's been chatting about Jeff Satur's career as a singer and actor, and his cracking songs. But I want to focus on the story of this video. The backbone of the tale in this music video is none other than the story from the comic (and later, the film) "The Crow." In various flashbacks, we see the character played by Jeff being chased and ultimately killed. At one point, we even see the spilled blood reversing its path, and right at the end of the video, he breathes again. These flashbacks are woven into the scenes of his revenge. On another note, while at first, the character appears as an ordinary bloke in a suit and tie, the end result is a somewhat deranged and slightly sadistic figure who revels in his revenge. A final detail that ties this story to "The Crow" is the closing scene, where Jeff comes back to life, and from an elevated shot, we see his body cast a shadow of two wings. Every time I watch it, I spot another little detail. I absolutely love music videos that tell a story, and because of that, along with the brilliant song, this makes it one of my all-time favourites.

Im a fellow Brit and been listening to Jeff for a little over a year. Fantastic, isn't he? One I've not seen recced yet is Rain Wedding from the OST of his first ever movie paradise of thorns. Ones that will intro you to other talents from Thai. Jeff worked on a song with Barcode Tinnasit No More Dreams. Jeff also wrote and sang haunting backing vocals on Isbanky's Dancing with the Devil Jeff and Nont singing Jeff's song Ghost was really good. They also did a version of Nont's White Flag. Other names to look out for are Daou and Nunew.

I'm glad you already know Jeff!! His an amazing artist. He composes, he's an actor too and he writes and plays piano, guitar, and the phin (the traditional Thai guitar that you've heard in the beginning of the song) you should check the unchained version as well and you will see more of his potential in his vocals. His influences are mainly in rock, pop, jazz, r & b and a little bit of funky. The other great song that he has, like Ghost, yellow leaf (both are like a mini story, 1st you need to watch ghost and then yellow leaf) then you have, black tie, fade, why don't you stay, loop, highway, lucid... there are many song you need to watch! And then his last release Rain Wedding that he composes for a movie where he plays a role too in it (The Paradise of Thorns) This would be a long journey my friend and you win a new subscriber here just for this! Your first reaction to Jeff is the same I had the first time I listened to him, it's mindblowing how somebody can be this talented. You have to definitely watch the Unchained version of "Dum Dum", for me it's even more amazing vocally than this one. And if you liked the cinematography of this MV, you should totally watch "Ghost" and its sequel, "Yellow Leaf", and also "Lucid" and "Fade", it's like getting a whole movie in just 4 minutes every time.
My favorite by Jeff is ghost. Right after this one. I am so lucky to be going to a 2 day music festival in Bangkok here 2 and 3 november. I get to hear 5 of my favorite artists. My first time to Thailand
One thing I have noticed is that a lot of the Thai singers/ bands are all multi talented in acting,dancing,singing modelling, composing songs and probably more. Riser (music company and a branch off the GMM Tree they are one of the big companies in Thailand) has been signing up a few actors lately that are pretty popular in BL shows that GMMTV produce the newest are Phuwin - To You Fourth - Alright Gemini - Someone Like Me There is also Nanon - Knock Knock Knock Boyband- Lykn Which the did a show for And lastly if you go to GMM Records all the OST's are there for their series that the actors usually sing 😊
A track you may not happen across easily is Comedy, it is an old one but one that I love. His acting is amazing too. He can do everything and is one of the most genuine people. He is precious.
Yes! The trailer for his series Happy Ending is out and you get real Joker vibes from Jeff's character; I think it's due next year. He also has a completely different type of drama coming out and I'm really hoping his film gets some distribution here in the UK. First thing to say is that the Unchained version is in English so it doesn't need subtitles, and it also shows you a bit more of Jeff's range, so it's well worth watching. Jeff has amazing talent, he not only sings but also writes his own lyrics, the music, mixes everything, and even plays alot of the background instruments. Also alot of his songs have an English Version, with a few, such as 'Black Tie' and 'Almost Over You' only being available in English. Jeff is also an actor, so it gives the characters in his video's that depth that some don't always get. As for songs to check out, except for the Unchained Version of Dum Dum, I would suggest 'Black Tie', 'Lucid', 'Fade', 'Ghost' and 'Why don't you stay' (there are actually 2 versions of that song as it was written as an OST to a show he stared in called KinnPorsche, and the Thai version has the POV of his screen partner Chay, where the English Version has the POV if Jeff's Character Kim) to get started. One thing to understand about Jeff's music video's is they are really well made and always seem to have a twist to them, although sometimes it's subtle. For example in this video when he is waking up at the end he had written the words of the tattoo in blood on the floor around him, so you aren't sure if the whole video was real or his imagination.
Looking forward to more Thai reactions. Anything Jeff's released recently is good. I'd recommend Ghost (very cinematic) and Rain Wedding. If you want to try T-pop, I'd recommend Deja You by PiXXiE, Sugoi by LYKN, Situationship by 4EVE, and Liar by BUS.

Yes, Jeff is amazing, but not the only one. Nunew is also another great actor/singer with a fabulous voice and must watch. They have different styles but both equally great! NuNew has a good vocal range from low to high. But there are more as well Billkin, Dauo and several others.
Jeff's Black Tie should be next and for something completely different I recommend NuNew's live version of Lay Me Down, Golden, and Speechless, all from his Dream Catcher concert.

To see a completely different side of him, I would go to his newest release, Rain Wedding. It's from the soundtrack of his very first movie and is phenomenal. An absolute must for any new Jeff journey is Why Don't You Stay. It's the song that made him blow up. He wrote and performed it for a show called Kinnporsche, which is a Thai bl drama. The world tour version is the English version and the one most people go to. I would also recommend checking out the Unchained version of this one. It's the English version and is the better vocal imo. I love this version but the Unchained version is a more intense, rawer vocal. These are just my suggestions but you honestly can't go wrong. His first album just dropped, I think it was last month, and it has no skips.

Jeff Satur is an actor and I was not knowing he's also a singer before KinnPorshe (a famous BL drama), few years ago, when he sing the OST " Why don't you stay" . His voice is beautiful, and his MV are kind of pieces of art ! Maybe because he is a great actor too. Very cinematic, he's a great story teller, I really love his artistry. When I say Jeff's vocals are even better live I'm being fr. It's so rare to find singers like that, but his vocals are smth else live.
Jeff wrote this song sort of as a diss track when someone very close to him betrayed him (spoke bad about his family, spoke about his financial situation etc).
He wrote the chorus when he was sitting down to play what he had written of the song so far to a few close friends and when it got to the chorus, which he hadn't written yet, he just sang "dum dum" to the chords he was playing instead of lyrics, and apparently it was magical and everyone said he should leave it that way.

Everyone's been chatting about Jeff Satur's career as a singer and actor, and his cracking songs. But I want to focus on the story of this video. The backbone of the tale in this music video is none other than the story from the comic (and later, the film) "The Crow." In various flashbacks, we see the character played by Jeff being chased and ultimately killed. At one point, we even see the spilled blood reversing its path, and right at the end of the video, he breathes again. These flashbacks are woven into the scenes of his revenge. On another note, while at first, the character appears as an ordinary bloke in a suit and tie, the end result is a somewhat deranged and slightly sadistic figure who revels in his revenge. A final detail that ties this story to "The Crow" is the closing scene, where Jeff comes back to life, and from an elevated shot, we see his body cast a shadow of two wings. Every time I watch it, I spot another little detail. I absolutely love music videos that tell a story, and because of that, along with the brilliant song, this makes it one of my all-time favourites.

I'm glad you already know Jeff!! His an amazing artist. He composes, he's an actor too and he writes and plays piano, guitar, and the phin (the traditional Thai guitar that you've heard in the beginning of the song) you should check the unchained version as well and you will see more of his potential in his vocals. His influences are mainly in rock, pop, jazz, r & b and a little bit of funky.
The other great song that he has, like Ghost, yellow leaf (both are like a mini story, 1st you need to watch ghost and then yellow leaf) then you have, black tie, fade, why don't you stay, loop, highway, lucid... there are many song you need to watch! And then his last release Rain Wedding that he composes for a movie where he plays a role too in it (The Paradise of Thorns)

I get to know about Jeff through series I watched him first as actor and after that I found that he is a singer and musician. He is really amazing.
Jeff is an absolutely brilliant singer, song writer, producer, actor.. Dum Dum is superb, the Unchained version is a step beypnd. Try also Fade, Ghost, Rain Wedding, Yellow Leaf, and Why don't you stay. He's one of Thailand's very best.

You have to definitely watch the Unchained version of "Dum Dum", for me it's even more amazing vocally than this one.
And if you liked the cinematography of this MV, you should totally watch "Ghost" and its sequel, "Yellow Leaf", and also "Lucid" and "Fade", it's like getting a whole movie in just 4 minutes every time.

Jeff is a great listen. I would recommend his song Black Tie.
First thing to say is that the Unchained version is in English so it doesn't need subtitles, and it also shows you a bit more of Jeff's range, so it's well worth watching.
Jeff has amazing talent, he not only sings but also writes his own lyrics, the music, mixes everything, and even plays alot of the background instruments. Also alot of his songs have an English Version, with a few, such as 'Black Tie' and 'Almost Over You' only being available in English. Jeff is also an actor, so it gives the characters in his video's that depth that some don't always get.
As for songs to check out, except for the Unchained Version of Dum Dum, I would suggest 'Black Tie', 'Lucid', 'Fade', 'Ghost' and 'Why don't you stay' (there are actually 2 versions of that song as it was written as an OST to a show he stared in called KinnPorsche, and the Thai version has the POV of his screen partner Chay, where the English Version has the POV if Jeff's Character Kim) to get started.
One thing to understand about Jeff's music video's is they are really well made and always seem to have a twist to them, although sometimes it's subtle. For example in this video when he is waking up at the end he had written the words of the tattoo in blood on the floor around him, so you aren't sure if the whole video was real or his imagination.
Looking forward to more Thai reactions. Anything Jeff's released recently is good. I'd recommend Ghost (very cinematic) and Rain Wedding.
If you want to try T-pop, I'd recommend Deja You by PiXXiE, Sugoi by LYKN, Situationship by 4EVE, and Liar by BUS.

Yes, Jeff is amazing, but not the only one. Nunew is also another great actor/singer with a fabulous voice and must watch. They have different styles but both equally great! NuNew has a good vocal range from low to high. But there are more as well Billkin, Dauo and several others.
