Keeping up with its tradition of flawless patient care and safety Ahana Gynaecare, the one-of-its-kind Obstetrics and Gynaecology hospital in eastern India, showcases the most reliable firefighting 🔥 system in place. The healthcare facility under the able patronage and guidance of Dr. Sujit Kumar Behera, not only equips it with the most sophisticated firefighting equipment but enables its manpower to operate it with ease at the time of any kind of eventuality.
Under the supervision of retired Chief Fire Officer of Odisha, Mr. Brajendu Bhusan Das and close monitoring of the Medical Superintendent of the hospital, Col. (Dr.) Sanjib Kumar Jena (Retd.), regular sessions for the effective use of the firefighting system are held in the presence of all staff. First-hand operating instructions are provided to all the employees: on the SOPs of using a Hose Pipe, hose reel and water sprinkling system, to keep them ready for any untoward situation. The participants also demonstrated mock drills on how to rescue patients and newborns, God forbid if a fire mishap occurs at the hospital.
