@@greenpigking6974 Same level man. MOTM will hold more value as a classic. But Cudi has impressed me with how he was able to tap back into this sound. I figured he lost it like most artists lose certain sounds. But the vibe of this album, the sound, the soul of this album is the same as MOTM.

It makes sense since those albums had such a big impact on us, and this is part of the series, so it's even more understandable. But I think taking this album for what it is, without comparison, is the only way to truly appreciate it. Long live Cudi.

Listening to this makes me cry every single time....I'm a 26 year old man now. Was listening to MOTM in high school and motm2 fighting addiction depression through my teenage years. Still fighting mental health issues after going to prison when I turned 19 I caught 9 felonies my life forever changed. This song gives me hope and makes me so nostalgic and I find myself reminiscing on that first hit of weed. Had multiple suicide attempts to. Him saying can't lost we in the 3rd act means so much to me....and tell my mom I'm sorry. Story of my life....I am crying so hard. I feel pathetic. I've been broken. I don't know why I'm commenting on UA-cam. Anyway you guys that are here know what I'm talking about. Cudi has credit for saving me a few times. Absolutely love this man and his music. Truly a gift.

It’s crazy how this man can help someone explain there thoughts. I’m going to an eating disorder inpatient treatment in a few days but I’m not gonna lose hope because I don’t want to. Thank you for helping me through the hardest time ever. And everyone else who leaves comments thanking Cudi. Thank you for that it’s easier to know I’m not alone and thank you Cudi for making music. This helped me get through dark deep moments.
