Wow! Please do more of these! These appear to be some of the most interesting conversations humans can currently have.

I would like to see the name "Jonathan Gorard" mentioned in the description.

Incredibly interesting how looking at “hypocomputation” gives an intuition for what hypercomputation would look like to us.

Recently a single tile that can connect to itself and cover an infinite surface was discovered and the pattern was non repeating, it produces endlessly different connected shapes that are unique and can never overlap.

Ah, the hyporuliad is basically the opposite of a hyperruliad which is about hypercomputation. In a hyporuliad all algorithms are finite and terminate. This means that the entire hyporuliad can be implemented as ordinary Boolean expressions.

I thought it was misspelled at first then realized this was the case. :)

Once you have this topology the volume is irrelevant. Larger or smaller the principle applies and functions.
But an essential thing is a single sided surface. Charge must be balanced.

Consider a universe where the total complexity never changes even though gravity still applies and so the essential rule is More Complex. But have a maximum. A modulo of a sort. The first number is lambda. Whatever minimal is. And the largest number/density is N and N+lambda is lambda.
At the event horizon the infall is redistributed as widely as possible to all the lowest complexity points.
    Neutron decay cosmology.
A homeostatic but locally evolving universe via the reciprocal processes of electron capture at event horizons and free neutron decay in deep voids.
