    A user in the tm discord recently experimented with placing a low friction tape on the inside of the charging handle to make the bolt sit lower and the results looked promising.
    They also put some on the loading arms to push the nozzle itself down a bit more.
    It seems to fix their issues with the nozzle riding so high that it was clipping into the top of the entry to the hopup chamber.

      @@OllieTalksAirsoft Yh definitely, I've run a couple mags through it on full-Auto to "warm" it up with the hop slightly over adjusted, then reduce hop on semi until it is consistant. Got a mixture of bits to try like ML Omega nub and the Laylax arm with a couple different buckings (Stock,TM, Prom.P and ML MR) Heard alot about each set up and thought i'd try see what the difference is in them.

    Hey Ollie,
    just wanted to make my gun work reliable on green gas so I only need the set with the springs on the left side right (already bought that)?
    The spring is a drop in, as shown in the vid? Pins out - change - pins in?
    The other parts are for filling a new bolt did I understood right? 😅

    Just watch back some of the videos you made, I found out that I followed you for over a year lol. Anyway looking forward to seeing your hopup experiment.
    Speaking of which my hop-up set in both of my MWS are Laylax hop-up chamber and their hop tensioner, with UNICORN hop-up bucking, the reason being a combination of Laylax hop-up chamber and their tensioner is almost like a TDC hop system and it sounds great for me. So I really do recommend you try the Laylax hop-up chamber and see if you can come up with a very good result with this hop-up chamber.

    Hello man. A little off topic from this video, but I find myself turning to you for this question:
    Have you had experience using inlet valve o rings on your magazines as to not leak gas when filling?
    It is my experience, that with most nozzle on gas canisters and especially the Madbul propane adapter, that it takes ages to fill my magazines when having these o rings installed.
    I thought of poking them out, but the nice thing about having them there is that since it does not spill excess gas, it takes a lot more effort for it to freeze the nozzle if I hold the fill for too long.
    I feel like some different brands of gas filling faster than others. Have you ever tested something like this? Or should I just remove the o rings and accept gas spillage?

    • @OllieTalksAirsoft
      @OllieTalksAirsoft  2 роки тому

      If it's TM mags then remove the o-rings and accept some spillage, and if it's mws mags then use the tilt method to make sure they're properly filled!
