We're talking about Wednesday and the announcement out of the federal reserve otherwise known as the fed along with the press conference with the chairman of the federal reserve Jerome Powell. This has been a highly anticipated report coming out of the federal reserve as they wrap up there two day FOMC meeting and the decision on interest rates as we have seen some cooling in the economy and a weakening job market, it has been highly anticipated the federal reserve will cut interest rates with this meeting.

I did the math, interest rates would have to go down to 1.5% in order to make it worth to to me to refi a 2.875%. Will they ever go THAT LOW? VERY DOUBTFUL. So I will continue to do what we've been doing, overpaying the principal every month, started doing that once our 1st payment was due, knocked YEARS off the life of the mortgage so far in just 3 years.

Let me tell you something, 3days ago I went to Walmart to pick up a few groceries and paid the normal price which was about 5 dollars a pound, for hamburger, then yesterday I went back to Walmart to pick up additional items and another pound of hamburger and the price jumped to 8.79, which was over a 3 dollar price increase in three days, now that's inflation!
That is what happened, I went in to spend about 20.00 on eight items, but was only able to pick up four items .
Kinda hard to believe our government, we can buy food/food, so I eat for the lesser I can, breakfast every meal, it's getting old really fast but hey they say cost is going down, please show us where ?

I was lucky when I bought my 8:20 home and property. I had 2.5 % interest locked in for my 30-year home loan.However, the highest loan I pay now I feel it for replacement windows and gutters at 9.99 % .Yet my credit card is locked in at 16.5 % interest and I use it limitless.
I won't believe it until I get it.I know I could really use that money.😮
