Hey guys, I know many of you have requested that I go over the picking pattern in the beginning of the song... I don't think I really should because Thom does it differently every time. Not only that, but it will be good practice for you who are learning to train your ears... A hint: the chord shape doesn't really change so just give it your best shot. I don't mean to be a withholding jerk, but I hope you all will see it as a challenge that will make you a stronger guitarist!

Even for someone who naturally sings high, I can honestly say this song is difficult to do all the way through without cracking, straining or losing power.. So, major kudos for having the balls to do it as well as succeeding to do pull it off.

Hail to the Thief is one of my favorites! This is my second favorite song from the album, my first being 2+2=5. Thanks for the great cover even if it is old (I just found your channel due to Vox's video).
