Why is it that when you hip fire and close range your crosshairs seems to flick off target 30-40% of the time(which is normal) but when you ADS no matter how much visual recoil and actual recoil you have your iron sight always sticks to the player? I've tried this build, the visual and actual recoil is horrible and on PC its almost impossible to keep those sights on target when ADS.

Because he has scripts and is a cheater. I think you're trying to point it out to the simpletons, which I applaud. His shit locks onto people when ads it's insane that people can't see it. They must be really bad at the game to not tell
He's a dirty cheat, never trust anything he says, no such thing as meta, you need cheats to have his non recoil and sticky am

You gotta stop thinking everyone is cheating and learn details of the game. It's his own team, and two of them are downed. His third teammate is resuscitating one of the others, and he has no outline, because he's still on his feet. Wall hacks would have every single player in his field of view stacked to the end of the map, and they'd be all over the screen, and NOT outlined in colors that match their gamertags.
