Apply a little bit of logic here. Trunks had that sword when he came back. Everyone in his time period was already dead. Therefore, it would be impossible for that movie to take place on his timeline. It was a nice attempt to explain how he got his sword, but it fails utterly. Plus, 18 snapped it in half anyway so it wasnt that strong.
Attacks get stronger. Transformations let you get to a higher form. Support items give greater effect and finally items either last longer or give more health and such.
I remembered the Cell-Picollo Fight a long time ago when Cell started explaining that he had the cells of the strongest fighters recorded in Dr. Gero's database, so he could do any of the moves the fighters made, and that included the Spirit Bomb. My adding to the explanation is that since Cell also had Goku's DNA to begin with, it was possible for him to use the Spirit Bomb. Hopefully that'll help out well.
I just got to another saga and I was wondering on the ones you have to fight more than once to unlock do you have to win all 2 or 3 battles or can you lose one?
I remember spending months waiting for the first budokai, then an extra 3 months trying to get it. First game I ordered of Amazon, after all shops failed me. Turned up in Blockbuster about a week after I got it. Awesome series.

The middle finger blast he does to Goku doesn't shoot out of his hand, but out of the ground under Goku. GT for PS1 is a U.S. release, so you won't find it there. You'll find it in DBZ 3 on Super Famicom. I think it's even his intro pose as well as an attack. DBZ Hyper Dimension also has it. I'm sure there's other games that have it.

Actually, the way Cell forms his goes like this: Because the cells from Goku were collected at the time that Goku used the spirit bomb(or, at least could), it's just another attack in Cell's HUMONGOUS move pool.

Super Android 17 is really a badass ultimate: he looks psychotic doing it, the attacks chases its enemy, the enemy is scare as shit, the enemy getting attacked by it looks painful, and the explosion looks epic!!!!
Super 17 is Number 1 IMO, ignoring the mistakes in name and color, the overall presentation is brilliant. He charges up ball, then the force of the attack pushes him away (emphasizing how powerful it was in acceleration) then a clip of the opponent trying to escape WHILE Super 17 was charging the attack only to look in shock that it's heading for them, the blast literally ingulfs them with their bodies giving in to the blast like a dead fish then the planet explodes.
How do you get Great Saiyaman 2? because I beat the Majin buu saga and the rest and was sent back to the saiyan saga, so do I have to get back to the Majin Buu saga and beat the whole saga?

I agree with most of the list but im bit surprised Kid Buus and Baby vegetas ultimate aren't on the list. I know Baby vegetas revenge death ball doesnt look like the black one from GT and that the opponents barely tries to react to it but what i love about the ultimate is his line which sounds so demonic and sinister when performing an evil version of spirit bomb.
They don't show a lot of the brutal hits because they made it "U.S.A. safe". Before the DBZ games started being released in the U.S., Majin Vegeta even had his "Middle-finger Blast" in all the games he was in. Does anyone even remember that blast now? Great vid by the way.

I'll actually agree with Omega here. Broly strikes me as somewhere between an Ultra Super Saiyan 2nd stage and a SSJ 2. He can hold his own against a SSJ2 on a good day; but only on a good day.

This is the reason Cell can use all of Frieza's moves despite few being actually performed on Earth, and why Cell CAN'T use Goku's Instant Transmission until after he absorbed more of Goku's DNA after his I'm taking you with me moment.
You'd be suprised how popular he is, actually. As for the whole 'baby crying' thing, that's kind of what makes him freaky - he's an absolute psycopath due to what happened when he was a child, and he just keeps coming back to wreak vengeance apon something that most people would just forget about. ...think about it! ;D

The thing is you have to be pure of heart to use the spirit bomb. So it doesn't really matter if Cell knows how to use it.

Cell's spirit bomb explanation is classic, a technicality if I ever heard one. You would make an excellent lawer.
I loved Kid Buu and Gogeta (both forms) especially. Soul Punisher looked sweet. Pikkon was also just fun to use in general.

An ultimate is an ultimate. You would still have to worry about Cell having some ultimate so how does that really change the gameplay?
